As others have stated, they aren't very customer service focused with emails and phone calls left unanswered for days and weeks. Communication was poor from the start, with very little sense of urgency. Their installers broke our medicine cabinet during installation -- then blamed us and our contractor, saying it shouldn't have been installed yet. This was never communicated beforehand, and we had made it clear they would be responsible for any damage. While they eventually agreed to cover the cost, we had to chase them for weeks to get reimbursed. They also removed the doors from our vanity cabinet and lost the hinge screws, which caused further unnecessary delays. The sink arrived unfinished, with glue all over the inside of the custom basin. We were empathetic to the fact that they're short-staffed, but the delays dragged our project out by months. To their credit, they were honest and ultimately made good on everything -- but only after persistent follow-up. If you choose to work with them, be ready to stay on top of every detail yourself.

We were fortunate to find Boundless GC and put an end to our problems. Rigert Korbi gave us a complete explanation of the process of replacing the slates with an asphalt shingle roof. He impressed us as being very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We were able to select from a variety of materials and colors. His team stripped off the old slates, installed roof and chimney flashing and laid a waterproof barrier below the carefully laid shingles. The result beautifully matched our house. Even our neighbors were impressed by the way Rigert and his team were able to totally replace our roof and do a complete clean-up in one day. We hired Boundless for another job, to install a liner in our chimney. A mysterious blockage was encountered. Rigert and his partner removed an old stove pipe from the chimney by cutting through the chimney wall from within the house at just the right spot. They restored the removed brick and then hooked the metal liner to our furnace and water heater. All this was accomplished in a single day! We are really pleased with the look of the new roof and feel secure now in our home.
