Both Jeremy (owner/installer) are good to work with. Lots of suggestions and willing to birddog items they don't stock but that we wanted included. Accurate estimate and start date. Crew was always on time and efficient. They tiled the shower stall and vanity top, and installed the flooring. Would definitely recommend them.

If you are in need of flooring then do yourself a big favor and check out Lifestyle first. When I…read moredid my research this was the criteria I was looking for and how and why I chose them for 2 different flooring projects. Location: Their location is a little further away in Battle Ground but worth the trip for what you will save and Oregon residents can save on taxes. Product: They have almost everything you could want or need if doing a new flooring project. Hardwood, engineered, laminate, vinyl, stair noses, etc. Prices: Lifestyle had the best prices on every item I was looking for and I do extensive research prior to any major purchase. Not only are their prices very fair but they are always willing to negotiate and work within your budget. Just don't be afraid to ask.. Customer service: Other than their price their quality of customer service is what brought me back for a return purchase. They are friendly, knowledgeable and never seemed annoyed with questions and helping me. Last but not least, I simply prefer to purchase from a local business within my community versus Home Depot or other giant corporate stores. Lifestyle costs less than and provided significantly better customer service than those mega stores with 100 aisles but no employees to help. I know where I'll be going for my next flooring purchase.

Much better with them and a private contractor than using a big box store. Better service and better installation. Absolutely love them! I had a 2300 sq ft project with staircases and landings and it all turned out perfect. I was nervous with such a big project and they supported me all the through. I even received answers to my questions after business hours. I can't say enough good about Life Style Flooring!

I was distressed to find out…read morethat the flooring has since been discontinued and thus the entire first level of the house, which was continuous hardwood, would need to be replaced. I was sad, dejected and overwhelmed by the prospect of such a large project. I went to Portland Floor after reading positive reviews, and I was not disappointed! Ryan and Zach were just so wonderful in terms of picking out new flooring that would match the style. Zach came out and measured the area among the chaos of the demolition. He also offered great advice on the flooring he thought would look good. He was personable, easy to talk to and never pushy. (Enjoy baby girl Zach!) Ryan is clearly an expert in his craft and understood the levels of subfloor and floor as well as how it integrated with the tile. After my interactions with this team, I felt rejuvenated and actually excited for the result! Thank you both for your high quality support, attention to detail, knowledge and overall excellence! I will recommend you to all!

My opinion and review of Portland Floor is that they are overpriced, over worked, and negligent in their customer service. I will steer all of our friends and family away.

We became very frustrated with big box stores so chose Paulson's in Vancouver since they're a…read morelong-established business in our community. The vinyl plank flooring we picked for our living room, hall and bathroom is absolutely beautiful and is wearing very well! Troy helped us with the order and he is an incredibly respectful and consummate professional...just terrific!!! And if that's not all, the installers were scheduled quickly and did an amazing job. From reviews it seems women may be intimidated by the two very congenial gentlemen who are employees; I was a wee bit(maybe 5 seconds) when I walked in but found them to be ready to ask any questions. I love this local business!

As mentioned the initial impression of Paulson's sales team was favorable…read more Our flooring was completed after 3 days of work from 2 excellent floor installation pros. Unfortunately the outcome is substandard compared to multiple flooring installation jobs we have had done in homes in both Mission Viejo, California and Scottsdale, AZ. 1. Paulsons underestimated the required flooring, so the stairs are yet to be completed. The ETA to receive more flooring is 1 month, since this was the original time frame. 2. Edging baseboard reattachment looks horrible. The installers told us we would have to hire another contractor to paint and caulk attach all our baseboards. This is confusing as we have never seen this with our last hardwood floor and porcelain tile plank installation. The finished product looked tidy and polished. Although this current project was 800 sqft upstairs remodel at a $15,000 price tag, I expected similar results to our previous flooring installation experience back in Scottsdale, AZ. Perhaps this is all the unsuspecting customer can expect from Paulson's. We now will need to find a contractor to reattach caulk and paint the baseboards. Plus patch paint scraped walls. More money of course. We were planning on also remodeling our first floor 5 year old luxury vinyl redone with Cortec with Paulsons. However, after this week's install, we seriously having doubts. Lesson learned. A good sales talk from Troy, doesn't mean the customer will have a positive outcome and experience. Very disappointed in Paulsons. I don't believe Mr. Paulson of yesteryear would find the workmanship of our project acceptable. I. Summary the Cortec flooring is beautiful, the installation very concerning. If I was to do it all over again , I would use somebody else.
