My original plan was to have Mercedes replace them, but after talking with the technician, we both agreed it probably wasn't safe to drive any farther. I decided to replace all four tires on the spot, and the price was actually a little less than what I would've paid at the dealership. Mind you, I came to the store to just get a tire checked. While I was there, I was offerred new windshield wipers to install. The price was comparable to getting them from the part store, so I opted to have it done. It was raining that day and when I received my vehicle I did notice a red object on the driver side wiper, but I thought this was part of its design. It was raining pretty hard, so I couldn't compare until two days later whe I kept noticing that the driver wiper was dragging. I honestly thought that maybe they installed some old wipers because that's the sound the wipers make when they're used up. Upon inspection, I discovered that the wiper still had the red plastic cover on it, which was causing the noise. Once I took it off, the wiper worked fine but goodness, I really felt the store made an huge oversight that could have damaged my windshield. I shared all this in the store's survey feedback over a week ago, but no one has called or sent communication on how they will resolve avoiding this oversight in the future. Stick to Tires DT if you're overwhelmed and too busy to take a piece of plastic off some wipers. Once more, to ask for feedback and do nothing to address the disatisfaction of a customer is useless to do. Stop it.

The assessment took about 30 minutes and they called with their findings, recommendations and quotes. I had previously priced out the service so the quote I received for brake pads and new rotors was very reasonable and well within a reasonable price range for my car. I checked when I got home and they had lowered my tire pressure from 50psi down to 32. They did that on two different occasions. I had trailer tires mounted and balanced. Most of the stick on weights flew off. I won't trust them with my vehicle now. I even go elsewhere for the emissions test.

Frank came and looked at my tires and though I had the original factory tires, he said they would fix the problem tire free of charge if repairable. I knew it was about that time for my first set of new tires for this car and decided to look at that option as well. They did not try to say my tires were needing to be replaced, but gave an honest assessment that it would be needing to be done in the somewhat near future. I decided to go for it and was very pleased with the prices here. I also opted for coverage on the tires which covers any blowouts or flats for the lifetime of the tire. Peace of mind is always the way to go. I received a text once we started the process giving an estimated time of completion and what part of the process my vehicle was in at all times. They completed putting four new tires on my vehicle at the exact time promised. When does that ever happen anywhere? I just know it was ugly how it happened and we drove around with the spare tire on into the next afternoon after checking out a couple of other places that were supposed to be open on Sunday but weren't. My wife found these guys online and we went straight to them. Two of them immediately greeted me and they determined they couldn't patch the damage to tat tire but confirmed they had the tires of that size in stock. They quickly jacked up the car and replaced both rear tires since I figured we might as well get two tires since the tread was really low on both. The main thing is they were friendly, professional, quick and efficient. I paid only $90 for two tires that were pretty much like brand new. You can't beat a deal like that. So here goes my review for them, they had us in and on the road back to Austin in less than 30 minutes, and I think they're great.
