SCAM!!! Please beware of this company they are nothing but liars and scammers. I put my number into one of those quote websites and started receiving several calls. I was originally planning to do the move myself, but if the price was reasonable, I was open to hiring a company. I spoke with multiple movers, and one of them was this company. I ended up speaking with a man named Ray Phillips. I explained exactly what I needed, including that there would be two stops, and I even sent him a clear video of both storage units. I asked him multiple times if this was okay and whether there would be any extra charges. He told me no, and I even received a text message confirming that (excuse the bad spelling and all). Because of what he said and the price he offered, we agreed and I paid the deposit. When the driver arrived for the first pickup, the first thing he said was, "It's too big." That's when I knew something was wrong. I tried to get my deposit back, but of course Ray wouldn't return it. After speaking with the driver directly, he agreed to take the load, but I had a feeling the second stop would be an issue and I was right. I sent another email with the storage video, and Ray suddenly tried to charge me almost double. He ended up refusing to go to the second location, and when the driver finally got to my house, he still tried to charge me the original inflated total. Ray and Max are completely unethical. When I confronted Ray on the phone, he kept switching his story: first saying everything was fine, then later saying, "Well, you signed." I had to be out of the house on pickup day and could not back out of the signed contract. The service was completely HORRIBLE! They damaged all of my property and delivered a truck load of junk. They did not deliver on the quality of service as Ray indicated and he was no longer reachable after the sale. The company has also protected themselves in every area of delivering your goods damaged and prepared to wipe their hands. They also make you pay your final balance upon delivery and before they open the truck to take anything off. They misrepresented their ability to do the job as Ray promised and to adhere to agreed pricing. I got different prices along the way and had to keep making phone calls for help. I paid this company nearly $5K and the service was completely HORRIBLE! They damaged my property, misrepresented their ability to do the job, and their conduct throughout the move was negligent at best. I was told movers would arrive between 7:00-9:00 a.m. They did not arrive until approximately 2:00 p.m., citing unspecified truck issues. Upon arrival, I clearly explained what items were to be moved and what items were to remain. I specifically instructed the movers not to pack my mattress until the following day, as I needed a place to sleep. Despite my instructions, their service was extremely poor. The two Wayflower movers worked for roughly 20 minutes per hour, spending the remaining time sitting on my front porch smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone. By 7:00 p.m, they were nowhere near finished. When I questioned what's going on and asked to speak with a supervisor, I was repeatedly told that additional help was coming from another job. When the two additional workers arrived, it was immediately clear they were temporary--but they accomplished more work in a short period than the Wayflower movers had done all day. The temporary workers left after roughly two hours, stating they were scheduled for only a limited timeframe. During this period, a verbal altercation occurred between a Wayflower mover and one of the temporary workers, nearly escalating into a physical confrontation, in which I had to separate them. The temporary worker stated he had been lied to about his pay and openly criticized Wayflower for failing to provide adequate packing materials. He further stated that Wayflower movers were using my personal household supplies to pack my belongings--something that should never occur. At 11:00 p.m., I instructed the movers to leave and return the next day. At that point, I discovered they had packed my mattress despite explicit instructions not to. When I asked why, one mover stated--without apology--that I could "just sleep in a hotel." That was his actual response! I asked what time they would return the next day to finish, as I had professional cleaners scheduled for 5:00 p.m. I was told they would arrive at 7:00 a.m. and be finished no later than 3:00 p.m. They did not arrive until after 9:00 a.m. Many additional issues occurred, like they would not provide a signed copy of the contract to me, damage to my property, etc..However, I will move to billing concerns. The movers strategically loaded the truck in a way that excluded my wall unit, then informed me I would need to pay for additional truck space if I wanted it moved. I agreed and asked them to proceed. At that point, I was told there would be yet another charge because the wall unit was on the second floor and "too heavy." I requested that a supervisor be contacted. During that conversation, I explained that I had provided Wayflower with a video inventory of all items prior to the move, and at no point was I advised of additional charges beyond my generator. After significant pushback, the issue was resolved and the wall unit was finally moved. The job was not completed until after 8:00 p.m. on the second day. when I asked for a copy of the signed contract, they refused to give me a copy, said it would be emailed. I am a retired service member with 34 years of active military service and have moved numerous times. This was, without question, the WORST moving experience I have ever encountered. Not a single supervisor visited the site. Not one supervisor called to check on the move or follow up afterward. I submitted photographic evidence of damage to my wood floors, stairs, and front porch. I received no response from Wayflower. Take this review as a SERIOUS WARNING before hiring this company. Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one bed together, but touching it once it all came dish as they didn't even bolt it. They pretended to assemble a vanity, propping a mirror up so it fell to the floor broke as soon as it was touched. TVs broken. They even tried to leave before the job was even completed, saying through Google translate they were done. We paid extra for them to pack our breakables and closets. TVs thrown in boxes with no wrapping at all. Entire closets of clothes balled up in wardrobe boxes with no bars. Dishes and breakables just tossed in boxes. Exercise equipment that required additional charges for broken. We have more damages than we know what to do with. We've done interstate moves 8 times, and this was the most unprofessional, destructive, frustrating process we've ever experienced. We actually doubted that they were professional movers. I requested an estimate for move from Wayflower. they gave me an estimate, and told them that I was waiting to hear back on other companies too, and I would get back to them in a few days when I knew what my move in date was and when I had heard other estimates to let them know what I decided on. Ray called me back a couple hours later to try and pressure me into signing a contract with them. When I told him that I wasn't ready yet he continued to push and refused to get off the phone. He started to trash talk other moving companies, and kept pushing. I told him tha I wasn't in a place to make a choice and to please stop, but he kept going so I had to hang up on him. He called me again and I told him that I would be going with a different company. He asked what the company name was and then sent me a Department of Transit page for a different company with a similar name to try and make it look like the company I was going with had an expired license. I told him to stop, and not to call me again, and he kept begging Like some kind of giant toddler who doesn't know how to be told "no" after hanging up on Ray I left a bad google review because I don't think a business should behave like this. A few hours later he called me to ask why I left a bad review. I asked him why he was still calling me when I him that I won't work with him, and he said he would stop calling if I deleted the review. This is why I am now posting reviews on more websites. I told Ray to follow up with me before the year ends just in case I have to move again, if my new job need me to. Communication and customer service was less than satisfactory. The website falsely claims 7 day a week customer support and that customer satisfaction is top priority. After multiple requests to speak to management about our issues were denied, I was hung on by the broker that generated the contract. We were told that we would get a call 24 hrs prior to delivery to set up a time only to receive a call 2 hrs before they wanted to deliver our goods, making it difficult to plan around work.The payment options on our BOL were not honored at delivery and we were forced to pay cash in order to receive our goods. They called to say it was being loaded and will be there in the next day or two, so we booked last minute flights and hotel to be there when they came. Next day after hearing nothing we called back only to be told no it wasn't loaded but would be loaded that day. Later that day after hounding them we told yet again it wasn't loaded. So two plane tickets and two hotel nights wasted. Were then told it would be there the following week. Driver calls the day before to say he would be there the next day, so another plane flight and more calls by us to them (they never called us). This company contracted to pick up our goods on one day and deliver on the next under 200 miles away. I gave them a $1500 deposit for the move. When they showed up on moving day, they indicated they couldn't deliver for two or three days And I told them this was not satisfactory, this was a quick move that needed to be done according to the contracted discussion. The driver told me he couldn't do anything. He was just a driver. I called the salesman, Ray to discuss with him and he told me they were just too busy and couldn't do it. I told him this was not Acceptable and he needed to see what he could work out. He called me back shortly and told me there was nothing he could do. I discussed with the driver if his ability to deliver the same day and he told me that was not something he could do, he was just a driver for the pick up load. The driver then offered to do it if I would pay the full amount owed for the balance of the trip plus pay him and his crew additional on top of that for making the extra run. This did not feel above board to me. Ray called again and argued with me about not continuing to the service and questioned why I would give up $1500 when I told him his services were no longer needed. I told him I no longer trusted his company because he wasn't carrying through with the promise that he made for pick up and delivery and then his driver was trying to make money on the side. I fired him and told him to keep the $1500. He then threatened getting legal involved to which I told him I had an attorney as well and I would have him reach out. Ray then proceeded to harass me, my son, and daughter-in-law for about 30 to 45 minutes, Saying he was sending a crew over to pick up the materials that I needed moved and expected us to continue. I told him he was fired and stop calling. This is not a dependable moving company in my opinion. When you work with someone who has certain needs and agree to meet them, they should be kept in line with the agreed-upon pick up and delivery. I don't think this company operates ethically and I had zero trust in them after this event. This company made my life miserable for two months. It would be almost impossible to thoroughly catalogue all the problems they caused, but here are the highlights: -nearly half of my furniture was seriously damaged. -movers didn't pack all of the items and intentionally hid them in my house so I wouldn't find them until after they had left. -the claims process for damages is torturous on purpose and a waste of time. -when the movers arrived at the new location, they collected payments and signatures up front without telling me that half of my belongings were not there and would not arrive for weeks. -a different company showed up without notice for the rest of the shipment weeks later with no paperwork and no identification when I was not at home. they delivered an outdoor grill irreparably smashed into multiple pieces and told my partner that it was supposed to be like that. -after jumping through all the hoops that their 3rd party arbitrator (which is clearly a sleazy proxy for the company itself) puts us through to file a claim, they offered $87 two months later, which I could only collect after filling our more intentionally burdensome forms AND paying for a notary. read more

The mover Dorian arrived on time and did an excellent job taking care to pack my items on the truck. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely recommend them to family a d friends. This was the worst experience I ever had with a moving company. My wife had booked a move with International Van Lines. The salesperson did a sales job on us promising different things they did not keep. My wife asked the salesperson about making sure everything was are paying for will be delivered, the salesperson reassured us that will happen. My wife also mentioned that we have a very old antique armoire that needs not only to be shipping but also taken apart and reassembled in our new home, the salesperson reassured us that will be no problem. My wife put down the deposit and signed the contract for International Van Lines to be our mover. The day comes for the move and International Van Lines calls and tells us that there is will be day delayed for the move. Then the next day the mover shows up but it was not International Van Lines, it was some monkey company they subcontracted with called Wayflowers Van Lines. We did not agree on another company moving us. The movers came into our house and started taking boxes out and wrapping furniture. They started loading their truck. In a few hours, one of the movers told us that they ran out of room and need to come the next day and it will cost us more. The mover promised that everything will be picked up the next day if we paid more. We agreed to pay more, which doubled the price, and sign another contract. The next day the mover came with his crew starting pack more things and taking more boxes. Later he again and said that we were not going to not finish the job for the main reason is that he needed to make room on the truck for another customer and that he would have to even charge us more by coming a third day. We told him no we won't pay anymore. He then called his boss and told he has to leave to another pick up. His truck only had 1/3 of it was full. He also said he knew nothing about the armoire and could not take it. The mover got into his truck and left us stranded at our house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It should be noted that we did NOT hire this company, We hired International Van Lines and without our knowledge they "assigned" the job to Wayflowers. The movers who showed up to pack and load my elderly mother's belongings did NOT speak English, ignored her instructions, a four year old could have done a better packing job (to date we've uncovered 4 broken items), and to top it all off, they stopped packing because they RAN OUT OF BOXES. I'm not kidding, my mother's friends had to finish the packing that these guys were hired to do! That's not all... when the movers arrived at the destination, they charged us an extra $500 to reload boxes from their van into a smaller truck because they claimed they could not park the van near our home. We had to come up with that extra money on the spot because they do not take debit or credit cards. And the icing on the cake: the lead mover called & texted me afterward to harass me, claiming we had stopped payment on a check (untrue). We are looking into legal action. Your move is a money grab for Wayflowers. I booked my move with International Van Lines. Wayflowers Van Lines showed up to move my items from storage in Virginia to Florida. All my items were packed, wrapped and covered before putting them in storage. The pleasantries ended when I refused to sign a blank Packing Materials Charges order form. The moving team lead added a $300 packing material charge, $300 long carry charge and a $300 elevator use charge to my bill. The elevator was less than 40 feet from the loading dock where the truck was parked. There were no stairs nor long carrying. I called IVL and Wayflowers dispatch several times. The team lead became hostile and used bulling techniques to intimidate me into signing for fake charges. He spoke in russian when he communicated with Wayflowers dispatch. He spoke loud clear english when he instructed the movers to put all my items back in the storage unit. He threatened, bullied and created a hostile environment to get as much money out of me as possible. At the end of the move the team lead wanted me to go to the ATM and get more cash to cover the fake charges that he added to my bill. I refused.
