ROSE NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUST, WRITING ON MY STEP DAUGHTERS…read moreHANDS WITH AND L&R is not exceptable. Yes she has intellectual disability but she tries real hard at everything she does. Ignoring her and texting on your phone is not exceptable as well. Also first lesson stop daughter not comfortable with exclamation and Rose told her if she ruins her transmission we are paying for it. Ummmm NO!!!!! Thats your problem when your teaching people how to drive, you can't expect them to know right off the bat how to drive. That is what you are hired for. No where in your add does it say anyone is responsible for transmission or any other thing that goes wrong mechanically with your vehicle.there is no contract signed to make any liable. Paying ROSE for lessons is one thing, but paying her $170 to refresh her and take her for test and not pay attention to her is wrong, and to tell her to tell the dmv she is dyslexic when she is not. I guess Rose picks and chooses who she will be kind to. I will never recommend this driving school to anyone. Rose is not professional and I would not want anyone to have to deal with someone so ruin and inconsiderate to humans.

Instead, we encountered extremely rude, unprofessional behavior. There are four female employees who answer the phone, and every interaction was unpleasant. They constantly talk over customers, interrupt, and cut them off, rather than listening and offering help. Their tone was hostile and dismissive from the start. We called to schedule driving classes for my wife. Because she cares for two small children, I handled the scheduling on her behalf. This should not have been an issue, but the staff made a big deal out of it and treated us disrespectfully. To resolve the issue, I placed my wife on a conference call, where she clearly authorized me to speak on her behalf. Even then, the employees behaved in a shady and inappropriate manner, repeatedly questioning her ability to speak "proper English," which felt unnecessary and offensive. My wife has already completed five driving lessons with another driving school and only needs technical practice before her driving test. We requested to book the required three classes and the driving test together so we could plan accordingly. The employee refused, claiming the test could not be booked until after all three classes were completed. This explanation appears misleading, as there is no legal requirement preventing a test from being scheduled in advance. It seems this policy is used to pressure students into taking additional lessons for financial gain, rather than acting in the customer's best interest. Overall, this business shows poor customer service, lack of transparency, and questionable business practices. We do not recommend this driving school and advise others to proceed with caution.

I emailed several times the week before and left a voicemail asking for confirmation and logistics (it is impossible to contact anyone by phone). Finally, the afternoon before, after even more frantic escalations on my end, I get a 1-line email saying that she needed 21 days between the last lesson and exam and she wasn't on the list for the weekend. To be clear, TDA emailed us on January 2 offering to schedule her for January 24, even though she had 2 lessons left. We accepted that date for her exam. Not only did they never tell us about the 21-days in these emails, but they also knowingly didn't apply their own supposed rule. They never responded to my emails the week of the test to notify us that she wasn't able to take it. Nor have they responded to my multiple follow up emails asking for someone to call me. Nor have they given us a new exam date. Instead, they have taken our money, including the exam fee, and have been radio silent. I encourage you to look at these and the BBB reviews. I have submitted a BBB complaint, but they haven't posted it yet (and may not post all complaints). While I've heard of some challenges with other driving schools, in my opinion, this one is not worth the risk. http://bbb.org/us/ma/norton/profile/driving-lessons/teachers-driving-academy-tda-0021-129143/customer-reviews
