You just relax while fiddling on your phone, writing Yelp reviews or something, and then when your number gets called you go up and they sort out whatever you need to do. The result is a relaxed atmosphere and staff who seem happy, and therefor treat you well. They are keen and happy to help, and the post office offers all the usual services you expect. It's really good here, for a Post Office :)

Harinder considered our age and explained the cons and pros of the application system and chose the safest system to apply and receive. He was very knowledeable in that field. He also advised us not to travel with out a travel insurance, and to my wife about a life insurance for six pounds. We were very happy with the service. Now a days Super market to Hospitals are considering people as consumers. This gentleman treated us as a friend advised for our welfare. Thank you Harinder.

It's spacious, clean and bright, with a reasonably sized sales area selling stationery items - the queue goes through it, so you can browse while you are waiting. Service is pretty reasonable - the queues here don't seem too bad, and move fairly quickly, and the staff are generally friendly. Christmas is the exception though, when you may have to wait 15 minutes. It's always better first thing in the morning. Services include everything you'd expect from a large branch - Royal Mail, Licences, Bureau de Change, Insurance and various other offers from the Post Office (though these are mostly available online too). There's a bus stop just outside with a wide range of services.

The thing that sets this post office apart from every other I have been to is the family who own it. They actually make visiting a pleasure rather than a chore. They are always happy and smiling, joking with the customers and generally creating a lovely friendly atmosphere. They also go out of their way to be helpful. I visited last week during their lunch hour closing with an unusual insurance transaction. They opened the post office just for me to deal with my request so I didn't need to come back. To me, it's service like this which is so rare these days. 5 stars to this little local post office.

They have a lovely fresh counter selling things like sandwhiches and cakes, an area outside selling local fresh eggs, another outside shelving area selling veg, as well as selling all the usual post office items. Although they manage to have a large variety in a small shop, this is the highest price post office I have found! Things are expensive, but if you need it, you need it and don't mind paying that extra 50p! Whenever I have sent parcels from this post office they have got to their destination so I have never had any bother with that. Parking is often a problem with space for 4 cars. Other than that, you have to park in a side street which isn't too bad!

Hi This post office is very close to my house so I…read moreregularly visit it for all my postal needs. This post office is located at the junction of New town street and Seymour road. Though it is very small and conjusted the main advantage is as it is bit away from town centre, there is not much rush and queues. We can quickly get the job done without waiting for a long time in queue. Recently council has planned to close down this post office and asked for the votes of people if you want it not to be closed. The main disadvantage of this post office is it is situated in one corner of a convenience shop so there is no room inside at times when there is rush especially during christmas times when there is also rush at post office.
