Oh God I do not even know where to start. Avoid this place at all costs if you can! Extremely unsafe for Covid19, with no measures being enforced enough. So busy, and just such long queues. Honestly I felt on edge the entire time having to hold my breath in. People constantly in your face, and not maintaining any social distancing. It's a shame it's the only post office in the area that does certain services, which cannot be done at local ones. I was just glad to be done and out of there in the end, took me 1 long hour. This post office is located in Arndale centre, so the place is very convenient. Recently this post office is refurbished, so it has become very spacious. And though during peak hours the queue is quite long, as there are so many check outs, it doesn't take long to quit. It has also got all types of stationary in wide range for posting including different sized envelopes. It has also got the foreign exchange counter. And the staffs at the counter is always friendly. Many times they have given me information regarding other products and services of post office and asked me if I am interested in any of them. As the only Post Office in the Arndale Centre this place is busy from open to close. Frustratingly busy. I have yet to walk by this place and not see at least a 5 minute queue. It has all your basics and more foreign exchange, stationary, passport photo booth, as well as a lot of other small things. The staff are always friendly and do try and get you to buy their other services as well. If it weren't for the prohibitive queues I would probably use this post office a lot more, however I'd rather walk the extra 2 minutes to the smaller one on Biscot Road where I know I'll be served right away and save buying my stationary for a stationary store. read more
