I try to avoid this post office at all costs! Firstly let me…read moretell you the good points - it's very central, reasonably close to Sainsbury's and closer to the co-op. It serves the majority of Kempston well. There are usually about 2 or 3 people working at the same time which is good Swiftly onto the bad points - I have NEVER seen this post office without a queue, it's not rare if I have to stand in the queue for 15 minutes (even with 3 people serving) - whilst worrying about where I parked the car as there is only space for around 3 cars out the front. They seem to be quite disorganised - whilst serving someone they are always wondering off and not coming back for a fare while. They sell some decent items, but i'm afraid most of it just falls into the 'tat' category - the types of things you'd expect to find in poundland but for 5 times the price.

This post office is literally opposite my house so really handy for me, it offers all the usual…read morethings you would expect such as selling stamps, a bureau de change and also they can take your passport pictures for you. It also has a shop which sells basics like bread, milk, kiddies sweets, alcohol and birthday cards. The choice is pretty limited so its normally the co-op i use and this just for the post office.
