From my understanding, someone was supposed to contact us the day before the delivery to let us know the timeframe but no one reached out. They actually called us the day of the delivery saying their people had shown up at the business to deliver but no one was there (we were closed and needed to have someone go out to meet the delivery person). On the pickup day, I had to call them to find out the pickup time, which was also not very accurate since they were coming from the Woodlands. I waited until about 4pm for pickup of the items. Other than that, the items were great and the delivery people were super nice and helpful. Just hope that they can refine their delivery procedures so the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for drop off and pick up. We paid approximately $150 for the delivery service since you can't go and pick up items yourself.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS HANDLED!…read more This was my second time renting tables and linen from this company for my annual holiday party. Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. I reserved a 24-foot water slide for our Fourth of July party for approximately $1,600. On the…read moremorning of the event, around 11:00 AM, I received a voicemail saying the slide had been damaged and they were canceling my reservation. They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.

They answered all of our questions, provided thoughts/expertise where needed, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We had an added wrinkle of getting married in Chicago while DesiJunction is based out of Houston, but they helped with all of the equipment rentals, communicating directly with those companies and making sure we got the best price as well! They also have a lot of tools which help you customize your experience for exactly what you need! Leading up to the day of the event, Klasikhz was very helpful in putting together a collection of music that blew everyone away. He listened to our thoughts and provided expertise on layout, equipment, overall music flow, etc. He made us feel confident that he would make our event the best it could be.  During the event, Klasikhz was a mastermind. Everyone loved the music during cocktail hour with a cool mix of lounge and Bollywood music, to the point where several guests came up to me and said "what even are these mixes?! I love them!" I was going to delete the original bad review but I feel that people should see how the company is quick to respond and work things out. To me that shows how important their reputation is to them and their desire to do right instead of wrong. So I'm leaving the original review, updating the stars and saying that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business with this company. ************************* So I have had a bad experience with Go2Party Rentals that I want to share with everyone just to make you aware. On June 7, 2020 I had booked Super Slide Bounce House Combo w/ Pool, 8' Tables (x2), Folding Chairs (x2), Snow Cone Machine, and Giant Jenga from them for my son's 10th birthday. I paid $159.67 half of the rental cost. I rented it for two days from June 27th at noon to June 28th at 8pm. Michael Salazar was so kind to me when doing the booking. A week before the date set up COVID started to get worse again in Houston and we decided to cancel the party. Again, Michael was kind. Told me that normally they would put a time limit of 1 year to rebook but because of COVID they would give me another year. So I was supposed to have until the end of June 2022. The beginning of June I get a phone call from a lady and she told me I had to use it by the end of the month. I explained that we were in the middle of track season and I didn't know when we might actually be available. I told her what Michael had told me. I tried to explain to her that I had lost my job in April of 2020 and I was still not working and wasn't sure when I would be again. Long story short I basically felt forced to book it again for my son's upcoming birthday knowing I might not have the remaining half of the balance. So June 13th I found out my unemployment for some reason had ended. I tried to call them and see about rescheduling or pushing it out like Michael and I had talked about. No return call. I emailed them. No response. I have called numerous times from the 14th to today and no response. So pretty much this company has taken my deposit and refuses to call me back. I want to reschedule with them but they won't let me. Times have been hard for all of us this past year but taking advantage of people under the circumstances is inexcusable in my eyes.
