Plus, we had someone on-site during my event to make sure everything ran smoothly. I literally had changes up to the morning of my event. The WBS team handled the changes better than I did! It was so nice to have this taken off of my plate. I would definitely hire them again! (Now - if only they also offered tables & chairs, linens and catering!)

We researched A/V teams in the area and landed on WBSAV and we could not have chosen a better team for the job. My experience started with Aerron in the office and she was outstanding from day 1. My client and I had several changes along the way so she had to update my orders several times - never a complain and was happy to help. At the event, we had the pleasure to work with her and their A1, David. David is a very knowledge sound tech and helped us achieve amazing results for our client. We took their team to a second show the next day and again they did not disappoint. On time, flexible, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their craft! Thank you WBSAV for making my job go smoothly! I'm sure we will be coming back to Houston again soon!

Basically, they got everything covered before game day as well as offering straight forward quotes for each A/V option. It is worth noting that they were not the first A/V company I contacted for services but after ringing several different companies at the time for quotes for Super Bowl, they were the most reasonably priced by far and did not jack up prices for big events, a true reflection of a company I think and that's why I went back directly to them the next time I needed A/V services without seeking quotes from other companies. Bottom line, you will not be disappointed if you use their services, besides the fact Jose and Anabelle are lovely people, they just do a great job at far more reasonable rate then their competitors. I am a medium size bar/restaurant business manager and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

famous stage light rental had my party lit!!!! Employees are extremely helpful…read more I saw their ad on Facebook for light rentals so I went to check them out. I was skeptical because of the reviews. But it's apparent those reviews are really old and outdated and changes have been made! Toya and Soyba went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed for my party. They were plugging in lights left and right showing me how they worked and performed. The prices are great and unbeatable for professional stage lights, not cheap Amazon junk. Fyi. I went in person. Picked what I wanted. Reserved online then went back later in the week to pick it up. I had NO PROBLEN. I highly recommend it and I'm telling everyone about this hidden gen!!! Famous stage lights definitely has my business and I will be back for ALL my parties.

I reserved a 24-foot water slide for our Fourth of July party for approximately $1,600. On the…read moremorning of the event, around 11:00 AM, I received a voicemail saying the slide had been damaged and they were canceling my reservation. They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.
