I originally booked my decor vendor 6-8 months before my wedding with my planner and we were assigned to Ali. Our first decor meeting there was a mix up and Ali was not prepared for our meeting. We met, and I chose pieces throughout the warehouse. She then delivered a storyboard to show the design (which was great) to give me an idea of what everything would look like. Fast forward to 30 days prior, we had a design meeting that I had to pay $200 to finalize decor design. I had to wait an entire month for an updated invoice after this meeting, just to find out she never updated the invoice. Also, at the meeting I had to pay $200, it was extremely rushed but Darryl the florist brought out a sample arrangement for my head tables, which I absolutely loved. I proceeded and paid the full remaining balance BEFORE the deadline Fast forward the week before my wedding, I get a call from my planner saying that I had to pay $1000 extra for a backdrop and extra florals which I was confused by. I was also told ONE WEEK PRIOR to wedding day that the price of florals increased, and they needed more money. After going back and forth, I told them I was not paying anything because everytime my planner tried to contact them about finalizing things "they were busy with other events" and that was always their excuse! Now it's my wedding day! Which I'm completely disappointed because the decor we saw at the $200 appointment WAS NOT EVEN DISPLAYED. And the vision Ali said she had and understood WAS NOT DELIVERED! I didn't want any of my tables looking the same and ALL of them looked the same. There was no floral centerpieces on my head tables but centerpieces on all the other tables. And after my planner reached out to Ali, she responded saying "We're sorry" but did nothing about it to make it right. Bottom line, we paid for boho glam wedding decor and it looked like the wedding was thrown together for a budget of $1000. I would not recommend The Perfect Touch at all! And will never trust them again as a vendor. Customer service was awful and I didn't feel valued as a bride or customer

She was very approachable and knowledgeable about what our vision was. We were thrilled to work her. I can not say enough great things about her. While working with handful of vendors for a wedding, it can be very overwhelming for a bride. We felt really confident in the services we received from Perfect Touch after working with Savannah. Our wedding decor turned out perfect. The linen and decor we chose complimented our venue and the flowers we received were fresh and beautiful!

So unprofessional!!! Unreliable business owners! My friend…read morehired them for her wedding, they were aware their flower arch was for her ceremony and they arrived 3 HOURS LATE. No remorse for messing up a wedding. They set up the arch while guests were already seated, DELAYING THE CEREMONY because of their negligence. They never answered any of her calls that morning only sporadically replying to DMs quoting "30mins away" and this was in fact WAY off. If punctuality is a weakness of theirs this is the wrong field for them to be in. The irresponsibility continues even after the wedding, they left their arc setup on a Saturday wedding night saying they'll pick it up on Monday? This was never an agreement. The venue and my friend are trying to contact them to pick up their belongings and still no reply. Honestly, this business is being ran so poorly, i hope no one else who books them goes through this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would much rather lose $50 than waste anymore time or money with them. They truly DONT CARE after they receive their $50 deposit. I have texted with Betsy, and she literally leaves me on 'Read'. Absolutely horrible!! Their floral walls are beautiful, but the lack of communication and customer service is not worth the headache.

He was respectful of our budget and really worked with me and my wedding coordinator to make small changes to help out with the budget without changing the overall image. I was floored by the look of our tables and flowers the day of our wedding. I could not have even dreamed what I saw on the day of my wedding. I'd choose blooming gallery over, and over again every time!!

The flowers were unreal - they had such a gorgeous selection and put together the perfect arrangements. They definitely take the approach of under promising and over delivering. Allt he arrangements were huge and beautiful. They appeared to be growing their selection of other decor but what they have now is great as well. They were easy to get a hold of, really prompt, always followed through with getting me information they promised, etc. Also, Scott is hands down one of th eeasiest people to work with. I went back and forth on what I wanted and then had to trim out a bit because of budget. He worked with me, kept fixing the proposal and coming up with new ideas. He seems to really get people's visions and have amazing recommendations to bring it to life. My parents who are extremely critical of wedding vendors even commented on how great he was. They definitely didn't love the bill but I don't think they would have liked anyones prices. Flowers are stupidly expensive! I was going backa nd forth between Darryl and Co. and Blooming Gallery and am really thankful I went with Blooming Gallery. I'll save my criticism of Darryl for another day.

Rented barricades and a red carpet from Any Occasion back at the beginning of September and…read morealthough the renting part was easy, the delivery part could be better. From my understanding, someone was supposed to contact us the day before the delivery to let us know the timeframe but no one reached out. They actually called us the day of the delivery saying their people had shown up at the business to deliver but no one was there (we were closed and needed to have someone go out to meet the delivery person). On the pickup day, I had to call them to find out the pickup time, which was also not very accurate since they were coming from the Woodlands. I waited until about 4pm for pickup of the items. Other than that, the items were great and the delivery people were super nice and helpful. Just hope that they can refine their delivery procedures so the customer doesn't have to wait around all day for drop off and pick up. We paid approximately $150 for the delivery service since you can't go and pick up items yourself.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW MY MOST RECENT ORDER WAS HANDLED!…read more This was my second time renting tables and linen from this company for my annual holiday party. Last year, I was able to order and rent tables and linen from here and had no problems at all. This year, I order tables, linen, and a 20 x 20 tent with walls. Our event was for December 18, so I requested for the rental items to be delivered on December 17. The initial order was a bit too expensive for my party budget, so I asked our sales representative, Nakeesha Clemmons, to remove some of the extra items to help us with pricing. Somewhere in the process of editing our initial order, Nakeesha changed our setup date from December 17 to December 18. Since the setup date was not something I asked to be adjusted, I did not think to check when the order was updated. On December 17, when prepping the venue for the event with my Event Committee, I became concerned that the rentals had not been delivered. I called Nakeesha to inquire, and she informed me she had me down for setup on December 18. I informed her that, that could not be right as I know I scheduled the order to be setup on December 17; which makes sense since our event was on December 18. I found the email where I originally requestee setup on December 17. I asked Nakeesha to accommodate our December 17 need, and she said she would check with her manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, Jason, he called me back and said the same thing as Nakeesha. I informed him of the issue with our setup date changing. He informed me he was not able to accommodate our need. I am VERY disappointed this happened leading up to our important event. It caused added stress on the date of our event. BEWWARE of this company changing important details without your consent.
