Myself and another close friend were the decor/design coordinators for the baby shower. We both live in different states. For this reason there was some reservations and nervousness regarding execution and over all design scheme prior to me flying in for the shower. Krystal constantly communicated edits and updates. ALL of my worries immediately disappeared after arriving to the venue and we began working on the decor. The final look far supassed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful. Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. The shower was beautiful and the reveal to my dear friend and her husband was priceless. My friend stated that she could not have asked for anything more. I would HIGHLY recommend Krystal and team if you are in the Houston area. Thanks again Krystal and team for an exceptional execution.

Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day! Thank you Isabella and your team for bringing long so much joy, artistry and beauty to our event!

Restaurant Weeks is one of my favorite times of the year. It's the perfect opportunity to try…read morerestaurants you've always wanted to visit or ones you may have never considered at an affordable set menu price. It also helps support local restaurants during slower seasons while raising money for local charities, which is something I always enjoy supporting. Unfortunately, our first Restaurant Weeks experience at Private Client was underwhelming. We ordered from both the Restaurant Weeks menu and the happy hour menu. For our first course appetizers we had the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Ceviche Acapulco. The Bang Bang Shrimp were very hot, fresh, crispy and delicious. It wasn't mayonnaise forward like I would've liked but the portion size was more generous than expected. The Ceviche Acapulco missed the mark. The bowl was filled with juice, which took away from the dish. For our main course, we ordered the 14 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccolini that we asked to be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, it came out fully cooked, hard to cut, and under seasoned. We also ordered the lamb chops with couscous and broccolini, also cooked medium well. Those were the best out of the main courses we ordered. They were tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The sides were just average. For dessert we tried the molten chocolate lava cake that was heavily drowned in raspberry sauce. And a scope of vanilla bean ice cream both were decent, but nothing to rave about. From the happy hour menu we ordered the Golden Hour and As You Wish cocktails, along with a Brut and a Rosé. We really enjoyed the As You Wish cocktail and the Rosé. We also ordered the sliders, which were easily one of the BEST things we ate, second to the lamb chops. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The interior is warm, modern chic with rustic touches, and the space feels open and inviting. The service was good, but not good enough to justify what happened at the end of the meal. Every menu clearly states that a 20% gratuity is automatically added only for parties of six or more. Our party consisted of just two people, yet a 20% gratuity was still added to our bill without being mentioned. We NEVER mind tipping for good service, and we had already left a generous tip more than what was promoted as a suggestion before realizing the gratuity had already been included. Being charged an automatic gratuity that contradicts the restaurant's own stated policy on every menu and without informing guests is unacceptable. If you decide to dine here, be sure to carefully review your bill before paying, no matter how quickly the card reader is handed to you.

The food was decent--good enough to satisfy, but nothing particularly memorable. They didn't have what I originally wanted, but it worked out in the end. Just a heads-up: it's a self-seating setup, and you order food directly from the bar. My drink, however, was exactly what I was hoping for--well-made and tasty. Overall, I'd definitely come back, but more for an informal night out rather than a full dining experience.
