I am honestly glad they did because that allowed me to find Rosy who exceeded my expectations. I found her on Instagram. My initial request was for two balloon arrangements. When I asked did she do floral centerpieces, she said no but she offered a balloon centerpiece which was new to me. She created these beautiful centerpieces that accented the tables beautifully and she customized them with Happy Birthday to the Birthday Young Lady. We were all so happy. They were professional, punctual with setup, and cleaned the area when taking the setup down. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you again Rosy!
