Plus, we had someone on-site during my event to make sure everything ran smoothly. I literally had changes up to the morning of my event. The WBS team handled the changes better than I did! We researched A/V teams in the area and landed on WBSAV and we could not have chosen a better team for the job. My experience started with Aerron in the office and she was outstanding from day 1. My client and I had several changes along the way so she had to update my orders several times - never a complain and was happy to help. At the event, we had the pleasure to work with her and their A1, David. David is a very knowledge sound tech and helped us achieve amazing results for our client. We took their team to a second show the next day and again they did not disappoint. On time, flexible, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their craft! Thank you WBSAV for making my job go smoothly! I'm sure we will be coming back to Houston again soon!

I had not been in this area of town in a while so why not pick United Vtr Service because America can't figure out how to be at this moment in time. Of do a maintenance on the turntable it never been done. The SERVICE Guaranteed. WHAT!!! . impeccable. I love shops that are what some would call "cluttered unorganized" ...the mind of a mechanical genius ... that means the mind is working intense and focused!

I suspected as lightening strike took away the life of my beloved VCR. I still got hundreds of 8mm tapes with old memories. I really need this sucker to stay alive. I searched on Google to see who can fix this poor baby. I came here to see a messy store. I don't know if this was the owner's living room or bedroom. It was completely chaotic. Prescription bottles on the counter and half eaten lunch with wrapper... WTF? Is this a professional establishment? Customers' records exposed to the plain sight. I took a picture and blurred out the details. There are plenty of Feng Shui paraphernalia on the counter. Aw. My. Gawd. What a giant mess. My VCR was of course unrepairable. It cost $80 to check out. I was quoted with a price that was higher than the cost of a working unit and there was no guarantee if it will last. I was okay to let go. For being an outdated technology, I just have to find a cemetery to bury my baby. Overall, I need to find another repair shop to fix other electronics. Just not at United VTR Service.

Ron was very helpful from the beginning, answering every question quickly and professionally. Communication was great throughout my consideration of his services. He operates out of a Crown Plaza off of I-59, between Kirby and Buffalo Speedway. Don't be fooled by the quantity of reviews, Ron was extremely helpful, the equipment worked great, easy to set up, fast pick up and drop off. And best of all, it was the lowest price I could find in town. I highly recommend anyone to Sound & Vision Productions.
