I booked with Destiny and had a pre-consultation. I told Destiny several times that I did not want thin brows. Before we started, I even offered to show her a picture, but she said she understood. Unfortunately, my brows were extremely thin when we finished. I had a lot of hair to work with since I hadn't had them done in a while, so I was surprised by how much was removed. The shape was also much thinner and more uniform than I wanted. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I understand there can be a disconnect with brow shaping, but I feel like I was very clear with Destiny about what I wanted. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. Overall 1/10 experience.

I have to send this message. I came in for a wax this past Sunday by Elianna. I usually get my wax done by Lilly but she was unavailable. I received a Brazilian wax from her. I am highly disappointed and in pain. My vagina is swollen and it's peeling. I had to call the delivery and labor doctor because I was in so much pain, while being 6-months pregnant! My vagina swell up so bad that I could barely walk. Today it's still swollen and peeling and very very red! I also had to take Benadryl while pregnant. I am beyond angry with the service and this has never happened to me before and I've been waxed for several years now. I paid $43 plus left Elianna a tip. My vagina has never looked nor felt like this before! I warn anyone getting a wax a your location by her! read more

Clean, fast, waxers are nice. I started getting waxed this year (had never done it before), and the waxers here made it as easy as I could imagine it to be. You book appointments online, choose a specific waxer you like, and can also be added to the waitlist. The front desk is responsive and quick. Haven't gotten a single bad vibe. Love this place! Quick painless Brazilian, perfectly shaped brows, clean establishment, and super friendly staff. I also purchased the ingrown hair spray as well. I had some bad scarring and ingrowns from a previous sugaring experience. After a week of using this spray, my scars have faded and the ingrowns are healing up quite nicely. The only place I go to get a Brazilian! The stairs are a killer, but the Wax Candy logo is right on the door and it leads to a clean waiting room with the cutest art on the walls!
