The front desk associate was amazing -- so kind and professional -- but my waxer, Uka, provided one of the worst services I've had. She explained the wax wasn't cooling because the building was so hot, but the wax itself was way too hot and very uncomfortable. She didn't apply pressure after removing strips, which made it especially painful, and went over the same areas of skin more than four times. I've been getting waxes for over 10 years and have never had this type of reaction from my skin -- I left red, irritated, and sensitive for days, and even then not all of the hair was removed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking with Uka at this location.

I don't give reviews here, but I had to for this experience. Hands down the best deep tissue I have ever had. Fefe has the hands of a miracle worker. I am a person who has huge knots in my upper back, shoulder blades, neck, etc, where everyone has the most tension and I need someone to use a lot of pressure. Fefe worked out my knots. Amazing. I will definitely be back. Her deep tissue massage had me in a trance. And when she pulled out those hot rocks!!!!!!!!!!! PS go to her and you will not be disappointed! read more
