The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me!
