Really bad customer service. I strongly recommend finding another company as there are plenty…read more I spoke to Peter two weeks prior to when I needed a job done. I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.

From their initial visit, to providing a competitive estimate to providing a very detailed and complete contract to their 8 year warranty on the floor - they were great. Their two man crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in just 1 1/2 days. That including repairing cracks in the floor, grinding and smoothing the floor, and applying a base coat, flakes and clear top coat. They also moved a number of large plastic cabinets (that I had emptied) from my garage into my neighbors garage. Osman and his assistant were very courteous and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I am extremely satisfied with the job that they did and recommend them highly.
