They new Wawa flex some new kid in the block muscle along the Fletcher Ave. It also has something that other Wawa do no have. It has the Ethanol Free Gasoline. It predominantly use for boat fuel. Most of the marina has this fuel for $3.60 a gallon. They only sales for $2.60. This offer the alternative for the boater who toll their boat. They can pump up their boat before launch to the water. The only con item for this Wawa is they only have one line of gas pump. Normal Wawa has two gas pump in one row and the space of drive through in the middle. read more

All I wanted was a fountain soda employee told me to grab a cup from the counter. Manager decided to yell across the store over a cup. Talking about this is Florida and you don't take cups. Idk what he was on but definitely a power trip. Treat me like a thief when I walk in over a cup. I'm a paying customer and if I would like a soda imma get one. I've never noticed if they practice the same "technique" in other Wawa's, and if they do I won't be getting "fresh" food from any of them. The technique in question? Placing the cheese, meat and toppings for the sandwich I ordered directly onto the common prep counter. While waiting for the bread to toast. There was no wrapper or tray or anything between the food and the plastic counter on which everything else gets made. It's been quite a while since I've worked in a food service place, but I know that that is not a sanitary or food safe practice. What else has contacted the counter? Pretty much the same as all WAWA's, except fewer pump due to narrow lot. Best aspect is convenience to VA hospital and Super Walmart. Had a quick breakfast sandwich and cheap Hazelnut coffee and on my way in 5 minutes. Plus low-cost gas of course. read more

Went to get gas at this Wawa, as I have had great experiences at every other Wawa I've been to. Every single gas pump they had was malfunctioning and their staff was incompetent at best. While frustrated customers were in and out of the store, they just dismissed us as if there wasn't an issue going on. The manager even had the audacity to tell one woman it was only her pump, while there was a line of people there waiting to address their pump issues too! Completely unacceptable. I walk up to the counter, and I'm treated to a personal conversation between the workers. When they finally finished their conversation, I was finally waited on. Wawa is pretty much the sheetz of the south. I stopped in to get some snacks and pop. Service was fast being no one was really there. The store had a clean appearance and everything was in stock. They have tons of options for drinks and you gotta love the coke freestyle machine! They even have alcohol for purchase to go. read more

I've never experienced a wawa this terrible before. I live close by, and I love wawa; this is the closest one. However, more than half the time I am forced to go to the other locations. Most food is out of stock most the time. They can only take cards half the time. And I am usually harassed both on the way in and out by people trying to ask me for money or sell me crack. The staff is rude. Some guy ran into the store from outside, took my sandwich off the counter, ate half of it, brought it back and apologized, and the staff would not remake the sandwich! I stop here almost every morning on my way into work. I'm originally from Philly so I've been to dozens of different Wawa locations. I want to say that Rosita in the deli absolutely kills it every day. She's so fast, usually has my hoagie made before I'm even done checking out. She's polite and friendly to every customer. She's a real asset to this store and Wawa as a whole. read more
