The store was nice and clean but everything is on a really small basis and each section are small compared to HEB in Texas. Looking for baby back ribs and I was trying to find the briskets, ribs and other large meat cooler and my sister laughs and says no they have baby backs half rack wrapped and in the shelf next to other pork products...they only had 4 half racks in styrofoam and Saran Wrap...lol no full racks unprocessed. But don't think too many retired people are making large amounts of ribs like we do in Texas. Before purchasing them, I specifically asked the employee working at the seafood counter if the swordfish was fresh, and he assured me that it was. I tried a couple of bites from different parts of my steak, and the fish tasted rank and was not something I felt comfortable eating. For nearly $30--and after driving 45 minutes to Earth Fare because I expected quality, fresh seafood--this was extremely disappointing.
