nice people throughout, especially the pharmacy ! The meat department is slow to get dog bones and is the only down fall of this store, meat manager is surly and rude, he just doesnt care. We ordered a Strawberry Peach sensation cake from Publix . We picked up yesterday evening (this was for a birthday) . The cake was cut and served after taking a few bites we realize that this cake has no Bavarian cream or peaches or strawberries inside of it, only whipped cream. The next day I called the bakery I was told to bring the cake back the half that was left and a receipt and they will replace it. No apology nothing.Was not still sure if we had the receipt I was told Publix must have a receipt. Really even with the box and cake being brought back ?Publix is changing and not for the good . read more

This is absolutely the worst Publix I have ever visited. Rude employees on several shopping trips...stockers blocking aisles and when you try to get by them they just glare at you like you are bothering them. Cashiers that don't even say hello, thank you, can i help you out...nothing! This location has been like this ever since they moved from the old location. Must be the most miserable place to work. Managers stand guard at the exit door scowling and eyeballing the customers. Shopping here is not a pleasure! read more

What a disappointing Publix. I drove over 25 minutes out of my way on a 11 hour road trip to stop by this Publix to get a few items from the deli for our travels. While the person who was working the prepared foods counter in the Deli got the chicken fingers together in a timely manner, my husband stood in front of the sandwich counter for over 5 minutes while being COMPLETELY ignored by the girl who was supposed to be making sandwiches. Not once was his presence acknowledged, nor did she respond when he politely asked, "Excuse me?" So, after giving up on having anything made by this sour, scowling, inattentive dark haired woman, we just walked over to the cooler for a single premade sandwich. Thanks for nothing. read more

I love this Publix!! Great customer service, polite and friendly employees. There are always employees out and about and when you ask where something is they always know where and offer to walk you to the item. I am use to living in a city and being told to return to pick up a script in 4 or 5 hours or the next day. Today I left a Doctors office and arrived at Publix pharmacy 10 minutes later and was told that they had just received the script and to give them 5 minutes and they would have it ready. I moved into this neighborhood a few months ago and was very pleased to find a Publix just a couple minutes from my new home. In fact, it was one of the reasons we liked this area. As usual, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the locations of everything in the store. It means so much when you ask for something made in small numbers and the guy stocking shelves at one end of the building knows right where your item is located and jumps up to take you there. Unlike some competitors, Publix stores are always well-lit and clean. The carts don't steer themselves all over the place and they roll super easily. Everyone in the place--staff and customers alike--Is smiling. Did I mention the Deli sandwiches? Heaven! You won't be disappointed. read more

If you are looking for a sensational sandwich just go to Publix Supermarkets Deli. Personally I like the 5 grain roll. Sandwiches are awesome - every type of meat & condiments make these sandwiches rock. Every week they have a new sandwich special. There are no Publix up north but when in Florida this grocery chain runs a close 2nd to Wegmans. read more

This is a great store. It's a smaller store and may not have a huge selection, but has everything you need or want. It is very clean, friendly staff, and kind of feels like a hometown general store. I've been shopping here for 18 years, which is how long I have lived in Belleview, and have always enjoyed it. It is so much better than their competition. read more

Publix is always clean. The employees are always nice and helpful. They always offer to help you to your vehicle. Never had any issues with Publix like some other grocery stores. If they don't have something on the shelf they always look in the back to see if they have any left. read more

Great service. I stopped in on 12-30-2016 to pick up a few things for lunch. The deli manager, Ms. Brown, waited on me. She was awesome. She got my order exactly right. I ordered a half Italian with lettuce, tomatoes, American cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings. I also ordered a chicken finger sub. My sister loved it. I did some other shopping too and everything was very easy to find. The cashier was very polite. I will be back the next time I am in the area. Keep up the great work. read more
