Don't use this pharmacy they are over whelmed and bad attitudes. They need to hire help!

I wasn't going to review my trip last weekend. I had an extremely rude, condescending, encounter with Cam in the meat section. I was asking for bone in ribeyes....guess their was a big sale. I didn't care it's the cut of steak I always purchase. So when I asked if I didn't see a type of meat where they out? I know to ask this from shopping at Publix forever. He told me yes, but was sticking the chicken. So I waited then with a huff he went back to get some. Came back they didn't have anymore. So went to look at steaks in the meat counter....5 bone in ribeyes were there. They didn't have a price per pound so when Cam came over he rudely said let me guess....bone in ribeyes? To shorten this he had the price print wrong asked the other not friendly butcher about and finally wrapped and handed me my steaks. Wow was so rude. He gets ZERO stars. Was in yesterday to pick up a couple things and left my phone the cashier was so friendly I didn't get his name but was working at about 5! Got home realized no phone. So went back and was at customer service!! So 5 stars for that! read more

I definitely will be glad when aldi's takes over this store the prices have went up so high that the only competitive place to shop and save nowadays is aldi's and Walmart Save-A-Lot is no better than Winn-Dixie the breakers are getting extreme I really feel sorry for the workers in there because I don't think they get value enough or get the respect that they deserve Paul used to clean the bathrooms in there and he also pushes carts lately I've been in there the bathrooms have been horrible come to find out Paul is no longer cleaning them someone else is I feel like the two best managers they've ever had at that store were Mr bar and Mr Smith these managers walked around the store shook hands of their customers and got to know us on a personal basis that has completely gone out the door there are no more one-on-one with the manager nor does she ever walk around the store and just get to know her customers so I'm really hoping when all these comes in that there are some big changes and the people that are employees there now get the respect that they deserve that they have not gotten in years read more

The staff is usually friendly, though I had one bad experience with one. I didn't have a "plenty card" and didn't want one. Usually the staff will just automatically scan the store card so that I might get any discount available. This one cashier didn't do that. When I asked if he would use the store card he card, he responded "oh you want the discount, but you don't want to get a card?" It was pretty aggressive. I felt pretty low. I'm sorry but I'm just not prepared to give all of my info to a grocery store just to get a point card. But the more upsetting thing is that one day I decided to get some clams from the seafood counter. They smelled OK, and most of the clams were closed, so I felt ok about the clams I purchased. After I cooked and ate them that night, I had the most severe stomach pain all night. My bf (who usually thinks I'm over reacting when I'm sick) thought I needed to go to the hospital. Much better Winn Dixie than the one in Marion oaks. Amazing that Marion oaks is the worst location and a few miles away is the best Winn Dixie location. read more

I stopped in here on 12-26-2018 for a few items: cucumbers, orange juice and snacks. I found the store to be clean and orderly. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to catch up for a few minutes with my cousin, but I didn't get to see my childhood friend, Greg Murray. I also signed up for their rewards program and saved almost $3 on my purchase. I can see myself shopping here again. Thanks for the visit and everyone being so polite. read more

I had stopped shopping at any Winn Dixie years ago as the one on 40 in Ocala (closed down now) was so filthy. There is no comparison. This one is clean, organized, bright. The employees are polite. The fruit, meats and veggies are fresh and plentiful. The location and parking lot seem to be safer as well. read more

I live in Marion Oaks and I rather go to this location in Belleview than the one in Marion Oaks. The Belleview location is clean and has friendly employees plus it actually has fresh seafood where the MOWD does not. Also, the OTOW WD was a great store and the employees are so sweet but it closed from all of the competition in that area which makes sense if you been to the OTOW area recently. read more

If my experiences were like the one I had yesterday, with Shalan as the cashier, I would give 5 stars. However, I ran in a few days ago, on my way home from work, and went to the "10 items or less" lane, where there was 1 woman in front of me already putting items on the belt. I then noticed that there were sectioned items on the belt. This one woman might as well have been 5 people, because she checked out around 5 different times in sections of 10 items each time. Not only that, but she noticed an ad, while checking out, and asked the cashier to have someone get her 10 of those items,and they complied! It would have been faster for her to check out once with all of those items! The gentleman behind me was quite irritated, too, and made a comment to the cashier which she either ignored or didn't understand. We received no apologies for our LONG wait, and I questioned whether to ever go back. This is the second time I've had unreasonable wait times through checkout. I obviously went back and had a good experience, but one more bad experience and I'll go out of my way to a different store. read more
