They have a rewards card and app that are pretty awesome. I also LOVE that they have a no-fee ATM! The only ding is on their gas prices. Why are they always higher by around 15 cents/gallon?!!

Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

I said I believed so since this is where I always pick up from, and instead of just clarifying, she raised her voice at me saying that wasn't the question she asked. The other pharmacists aren't any better--they just let her do the talking while smirking in the background, which makes the whole experience even worse. Kristen rushes people, acts like you're lying, and treats customers with nothing but bitterness. I'm done dealing with her attitude and will be transferring to another pharmacy. If I had the contact information for the district or regional manager, I would absolutely report her behavior, because this level of rudeness should not be acceptable in healthcare.
