I always go to this Wawa and it never gives me issues but today was something else. I'm like 8 months pregnant and I run to the bathroom, the cleaning lady kicks me out of the smaller stall and says she's cleaning it and to go to the next stall because supposedly it's "clean", as soon as I get out she gets into the smaller stall to clean it (she hadn't started she lied bc she didn't wanna wait) I go to the supposed clean stall and there's a pile of paper in it and I don't have time for her to finish. Very inconsiderate of her and if she didn't want anyone there she should have blocked off the entrance, not kicked me out of a stall.

Trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare. The first person that responds is like an operator and…read morethey're usually nice. But then you get transferred and sit on hold for at least 10 minutes while listening to the hold music. You also get teased intermittently with the phone ringing sound which gives you hope that they're going to pick up, but nope it just goes back to the hold music. If you're lucky you'll speak to a technician, if not you'll get a message that says there is a problem and you have to call back later. When you speak to a technician, they are rude and clearly hate their job and you for calling.
