After swiping my card several times and trying to read the broken display I gave up. Another pump I pulled up to had a bag, saying "out of service." Then I pull up to #15 and the display worked fine, but after swiping my card it said I have to see the attendant. Tempted to leave, I instead went into the store. Two ladies were there, but neither spoke English. I tried my best in broken Spanish to explain that I wanted to fill up my car. They asked how many dollars I wanted to put in? I said, "I am not sure, I just want to fill it up." They said in Spanish that it was impossible! They could not open the pump? If I had complaints I was to speak to the management. I had not heard of this so I said just give me $10 and I was done... I will fill it up tomorrow somewhere else. I will not return to the station and it is only a few blocks from my home. This place does not represent the Exon Mobil brand that I expected.

I used to have my friend order me a grilled chicken salad with no olives from them in spanish and they would always put olives. On the 3rd time I went there personally as I used to have it delivered and again there was Olives. After eaiting for an employee that speaks english to come to me I explained that past 2 times and this time I asked for no olives and everytime they give me olives.The lady had the audacity to tell me the next time have someone who speaks spanish call in to order. He called them several times to ask where they were and they finally answered at 7PM to say that they would come to the marina at noon today. This morning when he was getting ready for work (8AM), they called to inform him that they were at the marina and going to leave soon so they needed to access the boat without him on it. This is the worst customer service ever!!!! I will be sharing our experience on every review site. I hope it will help them to either develop a sense of respect for the valuable time of their customers, or warn people to stay away from such a rude business!
