I hadn't been eating KFC because I heard the chicken is bioengineered. Today however, I decided to get a pot pie, being that I hadn't had one in a long time. Well that was a VERY BAD decision. The pot pie I received had something that wasn't food in it and looked like a band aide wrapper. So I had to drive back to KFC to take it back. When I walked in I was totally ignored for at least 3-4 minutes. I was looking at employees look at me, so I know they saw me see them. Still no one said a work. It wasn't until a guy walked in, whom I assume was an employee, family or friend, did anyone approach the counter. When I showed her the pot pie and asked what it was she NEVER said a word, nor gave an apology for the inconvenience of me having to come back, she never asked if she could get me something else. They do have a drive thru on each side and you can walk around up front to order in person. The service at this location has been hit and miss for the 30 plus years I've known it to exist. For me personally I'm not a huge fan of rally's food. Very greasy and things like the cheese sticks and burgers lack flavor. The fries are pretty good but are a first class ticket to heart burn city. There angry buffalo wings is one my oldest daughters favorite meals. So we hit this location up from time to time. This particular location is a bit nostalgic for me. I attended high school across the street and the place to meet after school and hang 20 years ago was in the parking lot of rally's. A lot of shenanigans took place but Not much eating. I stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes watching this young lady wipe down a table and the food bar. Neither her or any of her employees acknowledged me. I thought to myself.... Maybe she's not the one taking orders since she's wiping the bar down. I thought at the very least she could have said "we will be right with you".
