I believe his name is Balal, or something along those lines. He's rude, and extremely cheap as if everything comes out of his pockets directly. Anytime I put anything "extra" in an order, everyone gives me a good amount- but he always gives me hardly anything. He has gotten my orders wrong in the past, as well as others I know. If you ask for less ice- he won't even water down the drink, he just leaves it half full. When confronted with this and asked for it to be watered down, he rudely replied "well you asked for less ice". He's always hiding in the back from the customers as well, and I've had to wait 5+ mins just to order because he's in the back on his phone or something. I got 2 wake up wraps, and he threw them both into the same bag- a little detail but truly shows his cheap nature- he can't even spare an extra bag. He's just disrespectful and does not take his job as seriously as he should. I do not like him and I hope he either improves his service or is terminated. Everyone else here is very kind and I've never had any of the above stated issues with them.

It was a late Tuesday evening in which my girlfriend sent me out to search for food. Everything in…read morethe area was closed. I suggested to my gf that I pick up White Castle for dinner. She was hesitant, but accepted. I arrived at the glorious castle. When I arrived, I was greeted by an empty dining area. Slightly apprehensive, I proceeded. I found an employee with his back turned to the cash register reciting and practicing meals/orders, and order etiquette. It wasn't until 30 seconds had passed that a colleague of his told him that I was at the register. He turned around and apologized stating that this was his first day. Never have I seen such dedication in memorizing meals numbers and orders. I told the employee that there was no need to apologize. After about 3 minutes I received our meal and my hungry girlfriend was no longer hangry. I'd like to thank the workers for showing true dedication to the craft and saving me from being eaten by my girlfriend. God praise the WC. I'll be coming back.
