After waiting for 15 minutes in the designated spot I went inside. The pick up area was swarming with unhappy people also waiting on their orders. There was no team leader to help get them back on track. Employees were unbothered like they were at a Sunday picnic. After waiting another 10 minutes inside I could see my order number sitting on a shelf behind the counter. I had to ask them to hand me my food and then to get my drink.
