After waiting for 15 minutes in the designated spot I went inside. The pick up area was swarming with unhappy people also waiting on their orders. There was no team leader to help get them back on track. Employees were unbothered like they were at a Sunday picnic. After waiting another 10 minutes inside I could see my order number sitting on a shelf behind the counter. I had to ask them to hand me my food and then to get my drink. The everything bagels had very little toppings and the sesame seed bagels had almost no seeds. When I first started going there for bagels the bagels were covered with toppings on both sides making it hard to tell the top from the bottom. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, they open very early and sell out of some bagels so it's a good idea to get there early.
