Stopped in to cash in some lottery tickets which was a quick process. Four people working behind the counter with few customers in line, just how it's suppose to work. I mostly use this Speedway out of habit. In mid 1970s, this was a Marathon station owned by Charlie Kemp who was a friend of my parents. If I needed gas or car repairs, I could get a fair shake here. Fast forward 40 years. This Speedway is usually fairly busy all the time during the day but it is rare to have to wait for a pump to open up unless there happens to be a UTS driver convention going on. The will all park their vans at the pumps and disappear into the store for 15 or 20 minutes. The counter help is consistently friendly and helpful and cash register lines seem to move quickly. The store is acceptably clean and inviting. The updated pumps are great but the Credit Card system has been down the last couple of times that I have been there. They need to relocate the car vacuum and air dispenser. When they are in use and someone is getting gas at the adjacent pumps, they block that side of the driveway. Also, when cars are parked at the front of the store, it can be a tight squeeze trying to get through there, especially if one of the people who attempted to park did a bad job of it.

This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

You can't believe how great their pizza is for a conscience store. It may sound odd, but they are know for the quality and taste of their pizza. I really love their pizza, crust is great, cheese is gooey and pepperoni is amazing! 2 large slices for $6, that's a deal! Not only do they have pizza, it is a normal convenience (General) store, they have snacks, drinks, beer, misc. prepared foods, grocery items, etc. everything is priced reasonably and make it easy to pick things up quickly and not pay an arm and a leg to get them. They also have a rewards program, that I would join if I lived here for sure. They also have gas (at least at this location) and their gas prices are pretty low, really low compared to California where I live now, but not the lowest in the Cinnci area, but pretty good. Obviously, those who live in the area or the Midwest and Southern States, you all know Casey's, but this review is really for those who do not. Do yourself a favor and try their pizza if you never have, you will love it. They also have breakfast pizza apparently that is suppose to be very good as well. Enjoy!

Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. No complaints about her other than the error.
