You can't believe how great their pizza is for a conscience store. It may sound odd, but they are know for the quality and taste of their pizza. I really love their pizza, crust is great, cheese is gooey and pepperoni is amazing! 2 large slices for $6, that's a deal! Not only do they have pizza, it is a normal convenience (General) store, they have snacks, drinks, beer, misc. prepared foods, grocery items, etc. everything is priced reasonably and make it easy to pick things up quickly and not pay an arm and a leg to get them. They also have a rewards program, that I would join if I lived here for sure. They also have gas (at least at this location) and their gas prices are pretty low, really low compared to California where I live now, but not the lowest in the Cinnci area, but pretty good. Obviously, those who live in the area or the Midwest and Southern States, you all know Casey's, but this review is really for those who do not. Do yourself a favor and try their pizza if you never have, you will love it. They also have breakfast pizza apparently that is suppose to be very good as well. Enjoy!

I do exactly as I am told, and call the day before I leave to request a refill, explain what the previous pharmacist said and the person I was on the phone at literally laughed at me and said there was no way they could do that. Well, I googled it and it's called a vacation override. It very much IS possible. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they actually understand insurance. They also consistently auto refill a script I don't want auto refilled. I have asked them to take it off auto refill twice and they insist it is not on auto refill. When their system calls me to tell me the prescription is ready it says it's on auto refill. Anyway, they clearly have no idea what they are doing there.

Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. The pumps are frequently not in working order, and today I had the person who is running the register come out and tell me that I had to come in to pay after my credit card was already charged. He made a mistake and tried to put money for a different customer on that pump, so he cut off the pump, then ran out and told me that I had to come in to pay. It was irritating enough that I had to explain the technology to him, but I really don't appreciate being asked to "take it down to a two" when I was trying to get him to listen to me that my card was already charged. He finally looked it up, and I was correct, but the whole situation was very frustrating.
