Not a whole lot to say about this Thornton's location. It's newer, it's clean, it feels nicely…read morespaced out and organized inside. Thornton's always has great deals on fountain drinks and other snacks. Their frequency card not only saves you money on gas but also rewards you with free stuff like drinks and food. The lady working the counter the night I was there was super nice and friendly. Sometimes that's a rarity at gas station convenience stores. One of the nicer Thornton's in the area for sure.

This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love…read morethe employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

I do exactly as I am told, and call the day before I leave to request a refill, explain what the previous pharmacist said and the person I was on the phone at literally laughed at me and said there was no way they could do that. Well, I googled it and it's called a vacation override. It very much IS possible. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they actually understand insurance. They also consistently auto refill a script I don't want auto refilled. I have asked them to take it off auto refill twice and they insist it is not on auto refill. When their system calls me to tell me the prescription is ready it says it's on auto refill. Anyway, they clearly have no idea what they are doing there.

This isn't the 24-hour Walgreens so if you need a late-night prescription or last minute gift at 2 a.m., this isn't the location for you. Would I go back? Yes. I get addicts hang out at gas station, I came back from a show and got gas. Went in to get a water and Gatorade and one of the addicts kept pointing at me saying I stole something. The cashier sided with them despite offering to do anything to show I didn't steal anything and refuse to cash me out, even offered to pay for what he said I stole if he could show me. I guess they have a theft problem, but I'm not stealing from your store and I didn't want to be there in the first place. I wouldn't stop here.

I especially want to let Randall know how much his act of kindness was not expected but truly appreciated !! it sounds silly but you really made my day by just being genuine, he mentioned someone had helped him recently with his purchase & and with a smile he was just paying it forward.. not only was I very inspired by your thoughtfulness.. it truly brightened my day when later that evening while I was at work i was given an opportunity to pass it forward and they were excited to pass a blessing to someone else for blessing them thanks again.
