Recently, I have encountered usual responses from a few UDF staff, however, nothing super serious! Tuesday, I purchase a cappuccino that was exceptionally weak and tasteless! I had noticed spurts of clear water but decided to take a chance anyway! I did mention my concern to the cashier as I exited the store. After several sips, expecting the flavor to eventually come through, I decided to return inside to again make staff aware of the problem! Was told very impolitely by a staff member, who checked machine, that that's just the way it's going to be because there was no problem with the machine. I thought her remarks were rather strange since no fault of my own, I had experienced a problem! As she closed the machine, insisting it was ok... I decided to 'top off' my cup, in hopes the adjustment would correct my problem, perhaps! As I walked up to the cashier, expecting some apology for the inconvenience, a cashier named Krishner, chimed in to inform me that I owed .99 because I had refilled my cup! I was so stunned I was actually speechless! I had added less than 2 ozs. to the cup! She repeated herself several times, by this time causing other patrons in the store to view me as a potential 'troublemaker'! Again, I was stunned that 2 staff members would go to such a length to make a spectacle of the situation! The staff person who checked the machine, derogatorily, stated that I wouldn't have to pay this time but if it happened again... I would be charge! It was as if I were to be considered a criminal! I am an 80 year old retired educator who has no need of a free cup of coffee at UDF's expense nor do I deserve a cashier to 'scold' me publicly for 2 ozs of cappuccino! What is our world coming to? I guess I should be banned from frequenting a store outside of my supposedly neighborhood! My heart breaks for such uncaring young people who pride themselves for feeling 10 feet tall when in actuality they have chosen to stoop very low! At on time, UDF was known for its friendly customer service!

This station is conveniently located at a large intersection. You can see it from down the street. The pump area of the station is easy to pull into, clean and well maintained. I had no problem entering my Kroger fuel point information and filling up my tank. This was a quick and easy stop on a busy day. I stop at Casey's General Store about once a month on my way back home to Eaton from points south…read more There is not much in the way of pit stops on the route so Casey's is a great find. They offer that special low octane gas (Cheapest) as well as the E85 stuff which is good for some cars. Overall their gas prices are the best that I see from Eaton to Liberty Township. The store is great - big, clean, several employees always around. I never had a problem here. The pizza/hot food counter looks really good, they bake their own delicious donuts every day and have a large selection (there's usually at least a few good ones left if you don't arrive till early afternoon). Parking lot is large and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean. The shelves and coolers are stocked with all kinds of stuff, almost like a small grocery store. I have only experienced the gas pumps, beverages and donuts but I do want to explore the store a little more next time. It may not be Buc-ees, but this is a seriously good convenience store.
