I would wear a mask if you're brave enough. The dude working said he can't exchange a propane while only one person is working. He can't go outside and leave the store. So infuriating as I had food on the grill and this place is a convenient walk. Why try and sell them then? What would happen if there is an issue at a pump or an issue in the bathroom. This dude said he was the manager and that "they" whoever that is, is always watching him through the cameras. What a joke and a lazy employee. Dude also refuses to ring anything up and tells you to use their self checkout instead of lifting a finger. I vow as of today to never set foot in such a scuzzy establishment.

Three stood around talking while one person made my shake then made my coworkers instead of another idle UDF employee stepping in to assist. Pretty typical service unfortunately. Employee that helped us was civil enough. Great ice cream selection and everything tasted great! Store was laid out well and gas did seem cheaper here than other local gas stations.

Anywho..this location IS newer and they seem to have kept up with keeping the place clean and organized. The employees I encountered were nice and I witnessed them go out of their way to help the customer in line in front of me. They seemed to be happy to work there so that's always a good sign. Pretty much like any other UDF. The only difference I could see is that they seemed to have a lot more options for Icee's..a lot more flavors available to choose from. Very random but kinda cool if that's what you're going there for. A decent enough location that will satisfy your UDF needs if you're driving by and need to stop for something. They have softserve frozen yogurt, a huge variety of hard packed ice cream flavors, they make malts, shakes, sundaes etc. The whole deal. They often have specials and unique seasonal flavors. You can sit and eat your ice cream there in a fairly comfortable setting or take it to go. Since the same clerks who handle the convenience store and gas station check out also serve the ice cream, there can be a longer than expected wait. For the gas station: four stars. There are plenty of pumps, it's nicely paved and plenty spacious for maneuvering around to get to where you need to go. Well lit at night. The gas prices seem to be in the average median range. The entry and exit set up is good. And they are open 24/7. For the convenience store however, one star since it's the lowest I can give. There's very little in the way of the necessities you would hit a convenience store for. The beer selection is what you would expect at a gas station. They don't sell lottery tickets. The frozen food section is overwhelmingly devoted to their own ice cream brand sold in pints and half gallons. The grab and go foodstuffs are less than meh - more like bleah. And the DAIRY case, which you would think would be their pride and joy, is an absolute disgrace. Time and time again I have seen it packed with containers of milk expiring today or even yesterday. They don't carry buttermilk, and they don't carry heavy cream. As far as cheese, there are maybe two varieties of processed prepackaged stuff available. Such a disappointment! With a name like United Dairy Farmers I was expecting a very different experience in that area. So, stop here for gas and maybe even get a vanilla shake to go, but don't expect a convenience store where you can find some decent food at 2 AM. You have to go to the nearest supermarket. Hot dog buns? Sure. Hookah pipe? Yep. Bag of hard to find snacks? Check. Their selection seems random but is very appreciated when you're in a bind for a certain item. It is also connected to a Dunkin Donuts in case you're craving some donuts. But the very best part of magic gas station is their craft beer selection. Count on that every time you open the door. In three months time I've gotten to know a couple of these ladies and they really do care. We talk about everything from each other's families to the best deals available in the store that day. I can't wait to stop in. Speedway has always had a nice variety of snacks to choose from and plenty of coffee. If they've put out fresh pizza, I walk out with a slice or two. On my last visit I bought something for a raging headache. What started me coming here was seven consecutive days in a row of my gas buddy app telling me they have the lowest prices. That alone is reason enough to travel a couple miles out of my way. The rest is extra whip topping. Add in the rewards card and that, my friend, is the cherry! 03/22
