Unlike most of Cincy, which has no publicly available bathrooms at the gas stations, this wonderful gas station does have clean and working bathrooms. The store was clean, it is a newer store, and it is well stocked. The music was nice. The cashier was professional and efficient. The bathrooms were relatively clean, and most importantly they were available. If I come back to Cincy anytime during Covid, this is where I'm gonna do a pitstop. Clean and had what you would need at a gas station. The clerk behind the register was rude. Came in from Columbus and got some snacks for family while at Drury. I got a cop scratch offs and transaction didn't go through on my credit card (not over balance) and she looks at me and says "u bought Ohio lottery with a credit card you can't do that in Ohio" I simply said "ohh, odd I do in Columbus." she goes on a rant "no you can't, if you could that would be very bad. I've talked to MANY Ohio lottery ppl and they have told me you can't" After that I was mad, and said "ok, well obviously you want to argue. so, yes I have! Pretty good Thorton's that we got snacks and other things at this location. I really enjoyed stopping in here because my wife saw that this gas station sells bottles of fireball. So she was excited to get some of those and I've never seen the gas station sell liquor before so that was interesting so she picked up a few bottles of clothes for the hotel room and we had it on down the road but the bathrooms are clean and establishment head decent gas prices read more

Pretty quick in and out access with easy access from the highway. This location is becoming to regular stop for dash when leaving downtown/OTR. I don't usually pass any gas stations downtown before getting on the highway. This is a preferred exit over the Mitchell exit with access with large lanes and an easier intersection to get to the gas station. A pretty spacious interior with a walk in beer cave. read more

Sparkling clean restrooms this place does NOT have. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the sink actually had a dirt ring around it, that's how long since they've cleaned it. DO NOT put your baby on the changing table, it was disgusting. The floor had visible dirt and hair everywhere. Use as a last resort. This is for the women's restroom. This is the Thornton's right off Sharon Rd exit and right across from the Sunoco. The gas prices are fair and the gas comes out quick. When I have gone in and purchased something else like a beverage or snack is when I have received attitude from employees and I feel like my money is not welcome.. Can't really say a lot about this location as not much time was spent there. The interior and exterior appeared clean and the parking lot wasn't overly busy either. It was 11 am on Memorial Day, so it really shouldn't be. I will commend this location on having what appeared to be the cheapest gasoline prices in the area... At least 15 cents less than any other nearby gas station. Plus, we got an extra 10 cents off per gallon with our Thornton's Rewards Card. No complaints here. read more

The staff is always friendly, and the store is mostly clean. Pretty reliably the best prices on gas too. I dislike that the whole chain of stores has gotten rid of the larger sized fountain drinks (32 oz. is the biggest you can get), but I understand the marketing value of being able to say, ".89 for any sized drink!" I am not a fan of this parking lot. The parking spaces next to the building are so close to the gas pumps that it can make backing out very difficult. Also, since this station is always busy when I'm there it makes backing out of the spots next to the building very difficult (limited visibility) so most of the time I just park at the pump (sorry...i know I'm taking the spot of someone that wants gas, but it's too difficult to park somewhere else.) read more

I used to stop here twice week. I'd get a drink, snacks, lottery tickets, use the atm and fill my tank. It was great as a one stop place. NOW, they say they are too busy to sell lottery tickets in the morning. How can you be too busy to sell in a store?? I was very disappointed with my service I received today. The clerk Randy was extremely rude and refused to help me with my lottery tickets. I don't normally play and was unfamiliar with filling out the forms. Randy attempted to process my tickets and informed me I had done something wrong. When I asked for his help, he told me I had to get out of line and figure it out because he needed to help the guy behind me, who was kind enough to allowed me to go first. I was so upset with the way Randy treated me. It was if I wasn't a valued customer and he was annoyed with my request. After getting out of line and waiting for Randy to finish up with the other customers, I asked him if he thought we could try it again. He continued to have an attitude with me and I explained to him I worked for a Secret Shopper Company and he should have given me better customer service and attempt to try and resolve my problem before sending me away to wait on the next customer. Fortunately the other clerk, Ray came to my rescue and had no problem helping me with my lottery tickets. Ray demonstrated excellent customer service. Randy should pay close attention to detail and learn customer satisfaction from Ray. Had I been secret shopping Thornton's today, the store would have failed due to Randy's performance as an employee. He displayed poor customer service and refused to help or assist a reoccurring customer. Disappointed Customer!!!! read more

I did pay at the pump on three different occasions and could not get a receipt. If it happens a third time, it will be the last time. Tried to call Thortons Corp to complain but hung up after 3 minutes on hold. The Customer Service department is as bad as the store. No email to send a complaint to. read more
