It started out well, but once Dajon began working at this location, things quickly went downhill. I tried to stay out of many of the issues he described and simply listen, but I can honestly say this is some of the worst management I have witnessed. I truly do not understand how this individual is still in a management position. There was constant disrespect toward employees, and the environment became extremely unprofessional. My final straw came when my son was called into the office and fired over the phone by a manager. He was told to clock out and leave the premises immediately. When I arrived, another manager was yelling at him in front of customers and employees, demanding he leave the property, even though he was simply waiting outside for us to pick him up. My husband calmly asked the manager, Jamison, why our son was being treated this way, especially since employees are not typically screamed at or forced to leave immediately unless there is a serious issue such as theft. Instead, the manager became defensive and continued acting unprofessionally in front of customers and staff. When I asked for the general manager's contact information, I was only given the store number and told the GM was unavailable. I simply wanted to know whether my son was banned from the restaurant so we would know if he could return there with his friends, as this is a common local hangout for high school students. The manager claimed he "didn't know" and attempted to involve other employees in the situation. This entire experience was handled poorly and lacked professionalism from start to finish. If you have teenagers or young adults seeking their first job, please be aware of how employees are treated at this location. No young person deserves to be screamed at, humiliated, or treated like a criminal because of poor management.

The tables were also dirty. If the is store could maintain a more cleanly environment, their rating would flip to 5 like a burger! By the way, I got my little cheeseburger with the lettuce wrap and it was juicy and delicious! The server was also generous and sweet!

I hate to leave a review like this but this place did not do much for me today…read more I called in my order 15 minutes ahead of pickup. When I arrived there was not a single person in the restaurant except two young ladies working. Both of which were standing around on their phones. After standing at the counter for about 4 minutes without acknowledgment I finally called out. I asked to pick up my to go order and the burger was sitting on the shelf in a bag. The cashier came and rang me up and walked away back to look at her phone. I walked over to where she was and asked if I could have my order. She said it wasn't ready. Yet neither of the girls were doing anything but standing around looking at their phones. I asked her what they were waiting on and she said the fries. She then finally walked over and dropped the fries in the oil. No excuse for such poor performance. Not to men the amount of fries they serve these days is so petty. It used to be you would get half a bag of fries. There was no SML. And the large is absolutely ridiculous. It's not even as big as McDs.

LOL Well, I see the previous review for this location and I have to say we did not have any issues. As for food - let's face it it's McDonalds. All items were hot and seemed fresh - not sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I ended up using the self-order kiosks and despite not being a fan of them, I was able to navigate them fairly easily. My shout-out should go to the workers. Since using the kiosk, our orders came directly to our tables. I will say our meals came very timely and by a nice fella who asked if we were good and had everything. About 5-10 minutes later an older lady who was cleaning up asked us the same and even ensured we had enough sauces and ketchup. She also talked to my grandsons, very politely asking about their Christmas. As for the location: it appeared very clean in the dining area and in the lens restroom. So again fast-food is normally exactly the same but what made this location stand out was our encounters with the staff. Well done folks.
