Food was great, as always. However, i ordered bacon on my hoagie which i paid extra for and after driving 20 minutes home i discovered there wasn't any bacon on my sandwich. Not the end of the world, but i was charged for bacon. The girl making sandwiches was too preoccupied with texting on her phone which was quite annoying. I have been a customer of WAWA for over 30 years since the original location was opened on mcdade blvd in Springfield PA. I will go back, because WAWA is life but i will be checking my food before i leave. read more

I really like the WaWa itself and it is a great location as far as getting gas/coffee on my way into or from work. What I CANNOT stand are the inconsiderate people who leave their car in the gas station bay to go inside to purchase items hence the reason for the 2 stars! It is rude and since there is only one pump on either side, you have to wait until they come back to their car. There are plenty of spaces to park your car, so PLEASE do that! read more

He was extremely nice and very caring. Never have I ever had a better customer service experience than with Sean. Wish I could give a better rating. The place is clean enough, the employees are nice, and it's got a coke freestyle machine. That's really all it has going for it. Every time I go the food station is out of what I want to order. Meatballs? Nope. Mashed Potatoes? Double nope. Mac-n-Cheese? Guess again. The last time I went there I wanted to get mac-n-cheese and a roll. No mac-n-cheese. Ended up with a refund and a dinner roll. Not worth wasting time on my lunch break. read more

I don't know what the point of this store being there when it don't have what their suppose to have. Two times we have been there late at night around 12am and they don't have meatballs for the subs. They don't have donuts or fresh salads. Wawa top selling item is their meatball sub. Doesn't do any good when they never have any. I have contacted HQ about this. read more

I come here almost daily with on my way to work for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, or on my lunch break for a hoagie and smoothie! Always a pleasant experience despite the fact that it can get REALLY busy at lunch time. Today was the first time I had a not-so-perfect experience (I also noticed the manager I usually see was not there today... I'll have to get his name next time I see him). The girl at the register (long, dark hair.. approx 1:45pm on 6/26) was just not friendly at all. I said "hi how are you?" When I walked up and she after a few moments she said "good", then "do you want a bag?". Was like this to the gentleman behind me as well. It seemed like the employees weren't properly allocated to each section of the store. There was one girl making drinks and she seemed a little overwhelmed... there was also a slight delay because someone's milkshake was made incorrectly. Maybe the manager on duty should have stopped unpacking boxes in the snack section and helped during this lunch rush. When I got back to my office with my hoagie, the bread was kinda hard (no it was NOT toasted), and it was like it wasn't cut correctly because the ingredients could barely fit inside. Again, I usually have a great experience here... just wanted to share my experience today as well, as I think it may have to do with whomever was on duty today. read more

Harsh. Ended up getting a refund for my order, which the Manager was angry about. Despite, the food preparer never making my food. He wouldn't remake the order when asked. Claimed it was my fault that someone "stole" my food. Worst run Wawa I've been to. read more

This wawa is excellent for a quick stop to get food of any kind. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, if you're a beginner who's not eatin' no. I would come here for at least 8 meals a day if it were closer to where I live. I highly recommend the smoothies with yogurt in them and whipped cream on top. read more

Convenient location and great gas prices. Typcical of Wawa - plenty of gas pumps. Actually haven't been inside yet! They could use better signage on how to get out of the parking lot - a little confusing on the traffic flow. read more

I do not recommend the brisket. I'm not sure if they could get any more sodium in it if they tried. Also, it's pretty soggy.

Love to hate wawa. Always out of whatever you want, philly pretzels, bomb ass jalapeño pretzels, French vanilla coffee machine always empty. Wawa with gas always sucks though. Wawas should not have gas. This one they take forever to make your food and are rude as hell to you for your trouble. It's also a lot dirtier than most wawas and the food here frequently gives me the squirts. Even still, it's kinda worth it to feel like I'm home in jersey for a minute. read more

The sandwiches were good but I don't think I would go out of my way to get a sandwich from here, but I know my husband already has. I have had the hot roasted veggie and the veggie panini. Needed to feed an army of 130 Developers this past Saturday for lunch and thought I would give the crew a taste of Philly hoagies and soft pretzels. came at night tonight around 11pm-12am with some friends, i dont come here often. had a large mac and cheese, a few hours later ended up with food poisoning. i saw the woman working there take it out of where it was stored- a metal tray with a lid that was probably over a heated table- and asked myself "is this fresh???" before walking out. honestly, i did lol. and no... it wasnt.... silly me for thinking that already made, fresh, yummy mac and cheese at 12am would ever be possible. read more
