On a road trip, Wawa is the perfect location to stop and fill up your tank. They also have a great selection of food milkshakes, and all types of fountain drinks. This particular one was well-lit and their staff was very friendly and polite, and they are always in a great location next to the highway.

+Made-to-order breakfast burritos. +Excellent hot and cold hoagies. Go during the Thanksgiving holiday season, for the Gobbler! +The coffee selection is magnificent. +Super cheap Wawa drinks. +Pre-made Sizzli breakfast sandwiches. Usually there are 2 for $3 deals. -The selections on the meat for hot hoagies or bowls can be limited at times.

Let me start off by saying I am probably one of Wawa's biggest fans. Today, I put in a mobile order and it got lost in the system. I didn't really mind waiting a few more minutes, but the manager was so concerned & extremely generous! He offered me a free coffee for my wait. (I waited like 2 minutes!) I would give this particular Wawa 100 stars if I could.

I stopped here to top off the rental car before turning it in at IAD. The station is mostly easy to access from the highway with just a couple of turns but once you're past that, it's a standard Wawa. By which I mean a large covered pump area, a large clean store with all the snacks you could possibly need and very clean bathrooms. The young lady who was running the register was well kept and polite. Great Wawa.

The workers here that make your sandwiches and drinks are great. The drink dude went his extra way to make sure one of my drinks wasn't contaminated with any milk residue. They are pleasant and accommodating. I do like the sandwich kiosk where you can customize your sandwich without having to verbally give your order. The garlic aioli is very flavorful. Wawa does need more staff working the registers though.

We have been to a number of Wawa stores for their amazing hoagie, and they make it impossible for me not to give them anything but the most enthusiastic 5-star reviews. This store was no exception, and I've got to give it to them for their commitment to consistency and quality, regardless of location. Their chicken salad hoagie is without doubt the draw for us, and they absolutely delivered on this Sunday afternoon. Everything you've seen at one store and would expect from another one, you'll always get it-the convenient touch screen order pads, soft drink machines with dozens of choices, friendly staff overall, a wow variety of snack and light meal options, and the awesome sandwich bar, of course! And for all you pickle lovers out there, I found individually wrapped pickles for $0.49 at this location! The hoagie, by the way, was as amazing as expected, with soft chewy bread, fresh veggie toppings, delicious and creamy chunky chicken salad, and attention to detail from staff in cutting and wrapping the finished hoagie. Thank you, Wawa.

I think one of the better gas station franchises in the area Must haves: Hoagies (I got me a meatball sub and it's definitely worth the $4) Egg bowls (cheap filling delicious breakfast) Sugar free caramel cold brew (good and strong) Chocolate coffee squares Their drip coffee is awesome Chai tea Need to crave it but I still get: Jalapeño cream cheese pretzel Sweet cream cheese pretzel Tips: When you go to the order kiosk, I tend to poke the buttons around to see if there's any deals. Also you can see how much calories each item you have...or deny that your sub is around 800 calories. If you're here you can always drive by the chik fil a next door too! Match made in heaven :)

I don't really understand the hype, and this is coming from someone who bookmarked this spot for days and was super eager to drive out 25 minutes here one night just to try the new location. Hugest bummer was that I've been to Wawa in Richmond, VA and although it's been ages, I could've sworn they offered more food variety on their touch-screen menu offerings. The sides were only limited to mac and cheese and soups, and entrees were mainly hoagies on the touch-screen. Breakfast wasn't fully offered it seemed, so I suspect since they just opened they have very limited choices (for now?)... Not sure. But I expected other choices like side of fries, burgers, burritos, etc like Sheetz would have. The service was a positive; the staff was all courteous. I settled for a white hot chocolate to-order, it took a little longer than expected to come out, but it's nice that they don't charge extra for Soy milk. -No seating indoors! -limited selection (so far) -not worth driving to unless your close by, weird exit +cheap gas

MMM yall see those apple fritters??? Amazing!

This is the closest Wawa in the area if you live in Centreville/Fairfax/Falls Church/Arlington/etc. unless you want to fight 95 traffic down to Springfield. For this reason, I frequent the Wawa in Chantilly and have grown to develop a deep and beautiful relationship with the establishment. Slightly off the beaten path, crowds are minimal in my experience. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for an item to be prepared. They are very quick! Sandwiches and drinks are always on point. Personally, I highly recommend the egg salad - it might sound sketchy to order egg salad from a gas station but DANG IT, it is good. The store is also incredibly clean. You could probably lick the counters and be okay. Maybe don't, but you could. There are generally no weird smells, spills, stains, or anything of the like. The customer service is also solid. I tend to visit this Wawa late in the night, and the employees are always friendly and welcoming despite the horrors of the night shift (we all know how scary it is to take the trash out at night). The customer base here also seems quiet and relaxed, which saves you the stress of anticipating a drunken gas station fight. Honestly why wouldn't you come here? Wawa is wonderful and this one is 10/10!

FINALLY!!! I've been stalking, I mean waiting for this location to open since it was mentioned last year. I love everything about the Wawa brand. The coffee (it's free this weekend), the custom sandwiches and the breakfast items. This new location even has outside seating which no other Wawa has....come on warm weather so I can use it lol.

I do not recommend the brisket. I'm not sure if they could get any more sodium in it if they tried. Also, it's pretty soggy.

Specifically, they charged me for work that I did not need, that they did not do, and that I never agreed to. In fact, they never provided me with an estimate before they worked on my car. Or, they provided me with a ridiculous, fabricated estimate with outdated parts. And, I declined their estimate. I told them I was going to pick up my car to take it to a different shop, but they wouldn't give back my car. Now, they will not return my car unless I pay them $1,000+ for work they allegedly did to my car. However, I never agreed to anything. Not did I sign any invoice or any estimate. I needed to fuel up before the long haul up to Pennsylvania. Nephew still in tow and I knew that he would be just as excited as me to stop here. Pulling in it felt a bit odd. It is at a busy intersection and odd to access, but that is about the only downfall here. I was able to pull in and right up to a pump. Loving the contactless paying option at the pump and it made it quicker on the cold, windy day I was here. After I was done at the pump I drug my nephew inside with me so we could use the facilities before hitting the road. Facilities were clean and in working order. After that we went out to the main floor and made some quick selections from the cooler for drinks and grabbed a small snack for him. We went the self serve route inside as well and were able to make a quick exit out the store and rush through the wind to get back to my vehicle. Overall, with this being as close to the airport as it is, it is well used and a much needed asset in the area.

December 29, 2025 I brought my car to Dulles Automotive INC…read morefor an emissions test and state inspection: * My vehicle failed the state inspection due to alleged defective brakes and rotors. Details of Inspection Failure: Technician Khang A. Nguyen called me to the service bay and asked me to touch the rotors, stating that they were rough and grooved and should be smooth. He claimed this roughness caused the brakes to fail. I informed him that my front brakes and rotors had been replaced in October 2024. He insisted, "There is no way they could have been changed," and that I needed new brakes and rotors to pass inspection. I also mentioned that NTB had just replaced my tires and checked my brakes/rotors the day prior, with no issues reported. The technician could not explain why NTB would not have noticed defective brakes. Interaction with Front Desk Clerk (Bree) Inside, I spoke with the front desk clerk, Bree, who stated that Jiffy Lube (where my brakes and rotors were previously replaced) did not complete the job correctly. She claimed Jiffy Lube hires inexperienced staff, with no licenses to perform auto maintenance. She advised that she was surprised that NTB did not report brake issues upon installing my new tires. She immediately offered to have new parts delivered in 15 minutes and assured me the job would be done in under 20 minutes. Repair and Billing Issues * The quoted price for parts and labor was $423. * The final bill was $506.48, nearly $100 over the quote. Follow-Up Actions Jiffy Lube: I returned to Jiffy Lube and spoke with the technician who had previously replaced my brakes. I informed him that Dulles Automotive had claimed there was no way the rotors had been replaced, and that only the brake pads had been changed. The technician expressed surprise at this assertion and stated that there must have been a mistake. He offered to inspect the removed parts if I could bring them back to the shop. He further explained that, had there been any issues with the parts or installation, he would have been required to notify both the manufacturer and the store's General Manager. As a gesture of goodwill, and pending approval from the General Manager, he offered to replace my rear brake pads and rotors free of charge if it could be demonstrated that the previously installed parts were defective. I agreed to retrieve the allegedly defective materials from Dulles Automotive and return them to Jiffy Lube for inspection. Dulles Automotive: I returned to Dulles Automotive to request the parts that had been removed from my vehicle during the recent brake and rotor replacement. The staff appeared surprised by my request. The front desk clerk instructed me to meet her at the back of the shop, where she indicated the rotors had been discarded in the dumpster. I found it concerning that items classified as hazardous materials, such as used rotors, were disposed of in a regular dumpster rather than following proper dangerous waste protocols. A technician then handed me the removed brake pads, which were neatly placed in the box that had contained the new brake pads. Upon inspection, the brake pads appeared to be in good condition with no visible defects. I also found it inconsistent that the brake pads were retained and presented to me in a box, while the rotors were discarded in the dumpster at the rear of the store. This irregular handling of removed automotive parts raises concerns regarding both environmental compliance and the transparency of their repair practices. Jiffy Lube: The manager inspected the removed parts and confirmed that both the brakes and rotors were in good condition. He explained that the roughness described by Dulles Automotive was normal for a high-performance vehicle like mine. He used a measuring tool to check the brake pad thickness and confirmed they were well within the safe range. I took a picture of this as evidence. Dulles Automotive I returned to Dulles Automotive to request to speak with the owner. The front desk clerk stated, "He is never here." She became argumentative when I reported my findings. She advised that Jiffy Lube was "just trying to save their own ass. That there should be no grooves. That rotors and brake pads were defective and had to be changed." Again, I was surprised as she would not have expertise, nor was she part of the inspection process. I requested a written statement from the technician regarding his findings; she took my email address but never followed up. I honestly wasn't going to post my review; however, the response I've just received from the shop's owner was disheartening, as it was full of dishonesty. As they've blamed me when in fact they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and their insistence that if I had left, I could harmed myself and someone else. I do wish I had come to check these reviews; however, I decided I'd stop at a simple shop to get a regular inspection. The complaints I am reading provide me with a level of validation.

FRIENDLY SERVICE, BUT QUESTIONABLE REPAIR STANDARDS…read more I agree with those who have pointed out unethical practices here. While Bree is indeed as helpful and kind as everyone says, great customer service doesn't make up for improper mechanical work. Last year (Feb 2025), I paid Dulles Exxon to replace a flex pipe to pass my state inspection. This year (Feb 2026), I returned for my inspection, only for the pipe to fail again. The reason? The technician found the pipe had been "sealed with caulk"--an improper and temporary fix for an exhaust component. When I asked them to stand by their work, the service manager claimed it was "out of warranty." They offered to cover the $50 part but demanded I pay the labor costs to fix a mistake they made in the first place. I shouldn't have to pay twice for a repair that wasn't done correctly (or safely) the first time. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I asked about the guarantee on it because AutoZone had lifetime warranty on their alternator. Riccardo told me their part will be 1 year or 1,000 miles which was good enough for me. On Monday, 4 days after getting my alternator changed, I drove to New Jersey. About 3.5 hours in, my car broke down on the New Jersey Turnpike. I needed 2 tow trucks, one to get off the turnpike and another to get to a repair shop. Thank god I found somewhere open on Labor day who took my car in and repaired it on Tuesday. Every test I had showed that the "new" alternator failed. I spent almost $600 at Briars service station getting my alternator replaced. I had to spend almost $900 to have it replaced in NJ again to make it back home. I took the alternator back to Briars and explained the situation. They had the part tested and said it passed the testing but either way, after a 3.5 hour drive, it failed and left me stranded 4 states over. The only way for me to get home was to have it replaced. I told them, I know you used a rebuilt alternator, that is what the NJ guy told me. Riccardo said "correct". I was told this was a NEW part, not a rebuilt part. I NEVER would have accepted that, I would have got a brand new part from AutoZone for the same price! I wish I never came here. I spent hours and days I cannot get back waiting for tow trucks and waiting for my car to repaired. Briars will not issue a refund. I am filing complaints with MVDB, Virginia Office of the AGs Division of Consumer Counsel, Fairfax County Consumer Affairs and my credit card company. Shame on you Stan and Riccardo. Response to Stan: I called for an estimate on Wednesday while I was standing in AutoZone. I did mention that I might bring my own alternator part from AutoZone but then I called back and said I would like to go ahead with the NEW part that you source which you said would be there on Thursday. All the prices were given to me by Riccardo on the phone. I took a note of it and agreed of the parts and labor for a new alternator. I had no other issues with my car apart from needing a new alternator. I had AutoZone check the battery which was fine, both before and after you installed the alternator. I was not told it was a remanufactured part at all. I was told it was NEW. Otherwise I would have got the new part from AutoZone who offered lifetime guarantee for the same price. I am not complaining about your pricing. I am complaining that I have paid for a remanufactured part and the same service within 4 days because your shop either didn't do a good job or used a bad part, leaving me stranded 4 states over! I drove back perfectly fine from NJ with the alternator they replaced there. Clearly your work was the issue. I have read many terrible yelp reviews now about your shop, I wish I saw them before coming in. What a terrible repair shop and customer service.
