The day of my appt I was greeted by Naty, who also happened to be my stylist. She was so kind and attentive. She took her time to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was a joy to talk to and she even offered me a complimentary drink. My hair came out beautifully and she offered tips on how to care & style it. I've never met someone as thoughtful & passionate about their work, other than Naty. This was one of the best haircuts I've ever experienced in my life. I will definitely be coming back! All I can say is WOW!!!! Haley did a 100% perfect job on my hair!!! Before starting, Haley asked me several questions, to make sure we were on the same page. She asked me what color highlights I wanted - I chose "icy". Never heard of it before. She said it was a cool tone of blonde, and that it would soften the yellow and brassiness in my hair. Of course that's what I want!!! My natural color is dishwater blonde (I hate that word!! I also have some solid gray streaks in the bang area/front. They are like completely white!! Anyway, Haley gave me the best color I think I've had in 25 years!!! I go to expensive salons, assuming they'll be top notch. Don't kid yourself!! I haven't had a decent, let alone stylish hair cut since I moved from Bay Area 4 yrs ago!! There are a couple stylists that have done a 'passable' job on my color, but what lousy, blunt, uneven cuts!!! Haley does it all!!! She's excellent at color AND style This is the first time I've had her do my hair. She's definitely my new girl. Haley is also beautiful, and young enough to be my granddaughter. She is accommodating, polite, respectful, sweet, and knows her trade!!! To top it off, she has her own personal salon in a beautiful complex. Haley's salon is adorable, great ambiance, comfortable. Only one issue: my gps was taking me to a different salon, in the Floor and Decor parking lot. I was 1/2 hr late!! Wild roots is actually near the floor and Decor lot , but on the east side of the building, 2nd floor, not in their actual parking lot. It looks like an apartment complex. But other salons are there too. It's very nice, and Haley has a big window w nice view. Great experience
