Stained ceiling tiles & filth

This laundromat is disgusting! It's filthy (machines, floors, chairs, carts, EVERYTHING. Broken machines, no instructions on how to purchase a money card (needed to do laundry). Laundry was dripping wet coming out of washer. Won't be back!

I *did* try contacting management. Didn't even get voice mail.

My mom and I have two moneycards for this place, both purchased at THIS location, and both of which worked just fine a couple weeks ago. Today, we tried to get the machine to read them to see how much value was on them, but the machine kept saying one card "cannot be used at this site" and the other "is damaged and cannot be used again until it is repaired." After several attempts, the machine said we could add value to the "damaged" one. We put in a dollar, and ONLY THEN did it say "transaction could not be completed" and to contact the management, but it didn't refund the dollar. We re-inserted the cards several times to see if the dollar could get added, and only got the same error messages as before. We *did* try to contact management via the phone number on the door--NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER, not even voice mail. Don't get screwed like we did. If you try to use the machine here, it *will* damage your moneycard, and it *will* steal your money. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS. The sooner it goes under, the better! P.S. My advice is to use the laundromat across the street. They use coins instead of a card system, the facility is better-maintained, and you can actually get in contact with the management if the need arises.

This place used to be really good when it was new, years ago. Now, it's just a dump. One third of the machines do not work and and are labeled as such. Another quarter of the machines don't work but aren't labeled. Over half of the machines have broken displays so you don't know how much they cost. It's open 24 hours but there's nobody there during off hours to take a complaint or refund anything. I've been coming here for 3 weeks now and it's always dirty. I would avoid this laundromat like the plague.

Linda is great, helpful and the place is very clean. They have really large machines so you can get all of your laundry done at once.

I went there today and if you have ever read a review and thought, wonder if it's really that…read morebad.......YES, it really is THAT BAD! I gave it one star because I had to in order to post this review. This is not only the worst laundromat I have ever been to but the worst business I have ever been to. Went in because it was close to the grocery store and i thought I would put in a load and head to the store and come back. I don't regularly go to laundromats, but when I have bulky items I do. First, you must buy a card for 5 dollars. It has no value and then you have to put money on it to use it. You then keep the card for the next time you come in. Ok, i coughed up the five bucks and lo and behold, no card came out. Error or malfunction. No attendant on duty. Called the numbers that were posted. Girl can't come to either give me a card or return my money. Calls some other guy, he can't be there until 6pm. It's 2:30 in the afternoon. Fortunately there was a guy there who had a card, I paid him to put money on his card so I could start the washer I had loaded and put the soap in. Use the card, the machine starts and I run off to Garden Fresh. I come back in 1/2 hour and the machine says OUT OF ORDER - Ask for service. It gave an overfill error message. It was just a large winter jacket in a machine that could accomodate 3 loads. Call the numbers for the "attendant" and of course no one answers and I am left with a soaking wet, soapy jacket that I now have to carry to another laundromat. I spent $11.75 and what did I get for that? Aggravation, anger, disappointment, regret for coming here. Took a garbage bag from there, loaded my soaking wet load and headed off to Morrisons which was like a breathe of fresh air. If you are going to go to a laundromat, Go there on Seymour behind Taste Of Paris. Update: Was told to come back the next day to get a refund. Went at the agreed to time and no one was there. No one is EVER there to attend to the business. I had to make several calls and finally after waiting around for another half an hour, some guy came in and gave me a refund.

What a rip off. It cost me over $15.00 to do one load of laundry. They make you buy a card for 5$…read morethat has no wash or dry on it, then you have to add $ to do your actual laundry. They don't take debit card, and you must have a $5.00 bill to purchase the card. Also, the machines do not take coin. Very unhappy, do not recommend this place at all.

Fast laundry is in the name and it holds true. The employees are also really kind and helpful to…read morenewcomers! You have the option of having a laundry card here, and there is also an ATM available. They have all different sizes for their washers and dryers, making it really convenient for when you have to wash large blankets, etc. - the building and machines are also well maintained and kept clean. Would come back here again if I need to. Trust the reviews!

I was lured by the pictures and reviews. But I am a laundromat veteran of late. You walk in…read morethrough the automatic doors and immediately you are hit with a commode smell. I don't know if the doors are next to a bathroom or if the rugs have been soaked with the scent of Chicago's Montrose park public bathrooms, but it smells. The plusses are the ample parking. You're not going to have any issues finding a nice roomy spot, the lot is yuge. Another plus are the machines and dryers are on the new-ish side. Not too much dryer gunk (chewing gum-like material stuck to the dryer drum). There are a lot of machines, so even if crowded, things can move fast. The reason for the 2 stars are thus: the place is not clean. The floors always have trash. It's not a tidy place. This might be due to the staff who do their best to pretend not to ignore you. They're too busy doing the drop off service that they don't sweep up or help customers. The other bad thing is the DIABOLICAL LAUNDRY CARD. This is a card that you load up with money to use the machines. You have to permanently lose time off your life, TIME that you will never get back, trying to get the card to read on the machine readers. It is extremely oppressive and is designed to make you question the meaning of your life. This laundromat is the equivalent of the egg salad at a gas station. You're hungry and you think you'll be ok. The only reason why I've been here 3 times is because the card has a balance. I refuse to leave a cent to this place, even if the scent it gives me is unpleasant.
