Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! I spoke to a woman named Jen from the office and she said yes it was a miscommunication but to go from $300 to $680 before taxes to then $1100 feels pretty unethical to me. If you make a mistake in your bidding process at your office, have some integrity and accept responsibility and meet somebody in the middle.
