When our old hot water heater permanently died we initially called other local companies who spend a lot of $ on advertising. Their bids were astronomically high. Automatic's bid for a replacement tankless hot water heater was fair and "do-able". Dustin & associate from Automatic came out to perform annual maintenance on the unit today. I had issues with an older and newer cooling unit two years in a row, and I couldn't believe I was revisiting the issue. I've used an expensive well known named company in the Cordova area for the past but I won't be going back. Mr. Martin was thorough and honest about what needed to be done, explained everything in detail as well as what expenses on the materials. The overall costs and quality - superb. He didn't try to sell me on junk other companies do these days. I appreciate the hard work, dedication, and honesty in Mr. Martin. You won't find many people like his caliber to help you. I will always count on his services, and I've already recommended him to many people in the Lakeland TN area. chrismartinac@yahoo.com is an alternate way of getting in touch with Mr. Martin.

I had pd by the pound with my old company the year prior because they said I needed more Freon. It's not cheap. Two years prior the older company just said this is the south it gets humid as the excuse. The Comfortable technician discovered the previous company had put too much Freon in our unit and was causing the issues and affecting our bill. He let out some and the humidity problem has been gone now for 2 years. That tech has moved on but Cody did our annual this year and everything was good to go. So for 2 years of consistent good service and no up charge BS games, i absolutely will continue to call them and recommend to others.
