Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Makes you feel good and safe huh? -1 Star So I call and talk to a very understanding Amy (not sure of spelling my apologies) she says the invoice that went out might be able to be adjusted after I had called her shortly after the crew left. She was to get back with me the next day.... That took a few days for her to get me the unfortunate news that the invoice is what it is. Yeppers you read THAT correct. Nothing can be done about my experience. Hopefully now that you have read my review you can make a decision to go with a different company as I should have and will continue to do business with after my expensive LE$$ON. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out! I would hate to have THIS happen to anyone else! I did not realize my family was on the deserving end of this type of treatment... I've had them replace a…read morestrip of shingles that came loose in a storm, they fixed a bad leak around a vent pipe, and recently they replaced my entire roof with a high-quality hail-resistant roof, along with repairing a rotted soffit. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. Also, I did not know they did soffit repair until they came out, and the team that did it did a beautiful job. I consider Red River Roofing to be a professional company that follows a very organized set of procedures to make sure that thing go right.

He was professional, easy to talk to and spoke in "peoplish" rather than "rooflish"".. His explanations were easy to follow and I understood all he told me. He said he would guide me through making a claim(if I wanted to) and said he would be available to me whenever or if I needed his help. When i decided to file the claim Ryan was willing to meet with the adjuster on a reasonably short notice. He was helpful with selection of the roofing material, colors and making sure the existing brickwork would match with whatever chose. He always returned my calls, showed up when he said he would and all through the entire Project Ryan was hands-on and was able to give me updates and explanations to whatever issues I needed straightened out. After one of Okc's notorious spring wind storms, i lost a lot of shingles on my admittedly, very…read moreold roof. I gave Okc roofers a call pretty late in the afternoon and Joe was able to come out the very next morning. Out of the three roofers, I had come out to give me an estimate. I think Joe did the most comprehensive and detailed inspection of the existing roof, including getting into the attic which the other two roofers did not do. After the initial inspection, Joe was able to quickly work up a number of estimates and give me numerous different options cost and benefits to each. He really took his time explaining the differences and benefits, especially considering Oklahoma's sometimes very enthusiastic weather. Due to the age of the roof and my personal preference. I decided to not go through the insurance even with the expertise Okc Roofers has with working with the insurance companies. Thankfully, after getting three estimates, Joe was able to work up a very competitive price for the roof replacement to go along with the exceptional long lasting warranty. If all that wasn't enough, even after the contract was signed I had a number of questions and concerns leading up to the job. Every time I did, Joe was very quick to respond and happy to answer all of my questions and provide answers or other resources to make the whole process go very smooth.
