They patched the first leak and agreed to pay $500 toward the remediation, although they never paid. The second leak was about 4 months ago. They repaired the roof, although they did not pay for any of the interior repairs. Now, we have had a 3rd leak, in the same area as the second. Again, they patched the roof, but they refuse to pay for any of the remediation or repairs. If the roof was repaired properly after the second leak, it should have lasted more than 4 months. They state on their website that they have an Arkansas contractor's license. I found out that the license expired a couple of years ago. They say their work is warrantied, but regardless of your claim, they will say the damage is weather related so they are not responsible. They have stopped responding to my correspondence. I'm hoping this review will prevent others from getting sucked into this web.

I appreciate how Mr. Ken Fuller treated me with respect, dignity and professionalism. Mr. Ken Fuller made sure I got my HOA's approval on all products to be installed prior to beginning work. Something I would have probably overlooked because I had active leaks inside my home. Mr. Ken Fuller also worked well with my Insurance Agent and Insurance Adjuster. They showed up when they said they would, installed everything in 2 days, and cleaned up the debris very well. While tearing off the roof my fence gate was destroyed. Mr. Greg Dykstra said he would have the damaged gate replaced quickly and was very apologetic. I hope I never need another roof replacement (wishful thinking in the state Of Oklahoma) but if I do, Big Sky Roofing would be my first call. UPDATE: Well, it took almost 6 months for Big Sky Roofing to fix the broken gate, but they kept their word. It took so long due to weather and unforeseen illnesses. I know 6 months is a long time to wait but I'm so proud that I did not misjudge their comment to doing the great work and keeping their word to a client. However, my roof looks beautiful, and they did do quality work in ALL aspects. I'd still use them again. I'm not a very trusting person, so believe me when I say, trust this company!

They explained the procedure and even mentioned I didn't need to be home for it and they would email the roof report with pictures. That happened and it went smoothly. It was after I received the report and tried to book the actual repair service that everything went downhill. The communication got spotty. Non-clear text messages whether they would be coming or not. They picked two dates to come perform the services and both times were no-call no-show. When I texted to cancel the service due to the lack of communication and multiple no-show. The guy mentioned that my repair was not important to him because it was small and did not require insurance involvement. If they are not interested in doing small repairs they should stop advertising them in their website.

As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. Problem is, after waiting for over 3 months to get them to get my moms roof done, we told them their services were no longer needed and moved on with a different company. After the initial claim was filed and insurance paid, all they ever did was keep coming out to take more and more pictures of the inside of her house, which was not part of the original claim, it was a building code for the decking that was the issue and several times they came out to take more pictures in the attic of the decking as well. What they did with the initial pictures is beyond me. I finally called mom's insurance company to find out what the hold up was only to find out no other paper work or contact had been initiated by Validated. That is when we told them we had enough, that was a month ago and Validated is now calling to ask how the job is going? They do not communicate within the company, with insurance companies nor with their clients.
