I received outstanding communication, education, claim assistance, progress reports and follow through from Kyle, the Roof Consultant. Kong, the Job Supervisor, stayed in constant touch and kept me informed throughout the installation. The two crews who worked on the roof did outstanding quality work. They provided a beautiful new roof, quite a few deck repairs and overall upgrades. Patriot's gutter contractor did a wonderful job as well. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. As with the others, they were swamped but I explained the situation and Matt E. made a late visit and helped get roof leak temporarily fixed, provided help with covering windows and made sure we were set- all of this with not one signed contract or bid. Matt E. gave us exactly what we needed, offered recommendations and options and was able to get our new roof installed within a few months. If you're getting the runaround and being told "9-12 months or more if you're lucky" before they can get to you, call Patriot today.

Our house was hit by a tornado only 2 weeks before we were scheduled to close on the sale of it…read more Horrific timing! We started a claim and starting calling around for estimates. Sentry was a company I had heard of but never had any business with so I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew they'd be busy, as we were obviously not the only people affected by the storm. Not to mention, I live about an hour from Norman where they're based out of. Blake answered the phone and surely heard the desperation in my voice (can't sell a tornado damaged home!). He had one of his foreman at my house THAT DAY to assess the damage and estimate what it would take to repair. Very quick and very responsive. Here's where Blake separated himself from the other contractors I spoke with... after insurance had their inspector come out they tried skimping out on us big time. I was given a laughable report! 40 shingles, 12 sq ft of siding, yada yada.. I'm no roofing expert but from the ground with the naked eye I knew that wasn't accurate. Blake was completely honest and transparent from the get go. He assured me I needed a complete roof replacement (which I had already thought myself) and that there was much more damage that needed addressing. A thorough professional in my eyes. He took it upon himself to help deal with the insurance company and get another inspection done with his guidance. The tone seemed to change afterwards and we were scheduled for all our repairs immediately. I will do my best to remember to update this review with pictures after the repairs. Thank you Blake! I would recommend Sentry to anyone any day of the week!
