They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.

Then I kept being promised they were going to come and installed a two foot space that was left uninstalled with the premium guards that I purchased. After that their phone was disconnected, and their email address deleted. The gutters do look nice, which is why I didn't give them the lowest star, but I would not recommend them at all because customer service is the most important aspect of business. Rain Guard failed miserably, and I still have to find someone to install the part of the guard the wasn't installed.
