Amazing Company! In…read moresummary: Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough for anything related to brick/stone/masonry or concrete. You will not be disappointed you chose them to take care of your project/home and we cannot wait for our next chance to get to work with them. Sergio, Jason, and all the guys were great and we are so so happy with how everything turned out. We were in need of some masonry work at our home and had the hardest time finding someone we could trust to do the work. We were ghosted several times, and the other bids we did get were clearly halfhearted and absurdly priced. We called Rock Founded Okc and talked to Sergio the same day. Within a few days his brother came out to measure our house and discuss the project with us - and a few days later they had gotten a detailed bid back to us and gave us flexibility on when we wanted to start. They started the next week and showed up early in the morning. They were very careful around our new windows and made sure to protect the house during demo. They quickly removed our old damaged brick and were ready to lay the new brick the next day. A few days later and we are left with a beautiful home again and they did an amazing job! They were great every day they were here and always communicated any changes/obstacles etc that came up during the job. The work is amazing and speaks for itself but they went the extra mile and spent the time to clean up thoroughly and we did not have to do a single thing to clean up after they had left. For anyone thinking of doing any brick/stone/concrete work on their new build or their existing home like we did - we cannot recommend Sergio/Jason and all the guys enough. Very very happy with how everything went and turned out and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks Rock Founded Okc!

I don't know how to express in words what a great experience we had with Sparks Remodeling, and…read morewith Joshua in particular. Five stars is not really enough to get across how happy we are with his work. Earlier this summer, we found ourselves in a position no one wants to be in: dealing with an unexpected family loss. Compounding this situation was the fact that it occurred in a city that was not our own. Moving forward from this experience was going to be hard enough, but it also came with some pretty substantial home repair/renovation projects that needed to be done ASAP. Doing so in a town that is not our residence, and with contractors with whom we were not familiar, made it even more challenging. Through Yelp, we took a chance on finding a contractor to do a test run with a small but time-sensitive project, and Joshua came through with a really great bid and personal touch. His communication was exceptional, and his personality stood out in both in our online communication and again when we met in person. Most importantly, the care and commitment he brought to even this small project, plus the humanity and empathy he showed us during a really difficult time, made all the difference. We relayed to him the scope of the home repairs needed going forward, and asked if they were within his comfort zone. When he responded positively, we told him he was our go-to guy for every project needed on that house, and that we trusted him implicitly to do the work independently. He didn't let us down. He sent photos of his progress and gave us honest appraisals of what could be done, and what prices would be for labor and materials. He worked on a tight timeline and got the work done on time and on budget. Moreover, the quality of the work that he did approaches the level of artisan, not just contractor, to the point where I'd employ him for our own home projects if it was at all possible (it's not, sadly). I don't know what else I can say to relay our impressions of Joshua. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I wish him nothing but success in the future. If you get a chance to work with him on a home project, consider yourself fortunate.

There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!

Then, we hiring him to redo the outside of our house. I knew he was slow because he only worked a few hours a day if he showed up but he did show up for the most part, and the bathroom got done. Then the money dried up because he could not manage his finances, he stopped coming out. So, he paid him a lot of money 26k and he only did about 2/3 of the job and he has yet to refund us the deposit for material for a separate job of 2860. States that Home Depot has not issued the refund. The remaining material we had for the job still sitting in our front yard and unusable now. So, we are out the material cost, the labor cost and the deposit for materials for a second job and only 2/3 job done. Now, our responsibility has hiring him for the second and third job, but I was okay with him being slower, as it was general just him working alone and another guy. But, the time he did spend on the job a large majority was on the phone sitting in his truck so that was frustrating. If he spend as much time working on our job as he spend on his phone our job would have been done on time. He quoted us six weeks, so I expected 3 months but nope here it is a year later and the job is not done. Please feel to message me if you would like more details.
