I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!

All in all, it was above and beyond the sort of precautions I'd ever expect -- but obviously hugely appreciated! The work itself was done incredibly efficiently and with a very high level of craft. As part of the job, they painted our trim, doors and installed new baseboards and hardware. All of that work was done very quickly, and with a very high level of craftsmanship. We were so happy with the work, we hired them a few weeks later to tackle the exterior of our home, and the team was incredibly helpful in consulting on how to pick colors, how to approach the trim, gutters and front door. First, the backhoe driver that was grading the land ran into my retaining wall and would hot have said anything had I not come home and caught him. He was trying to just get out of it until I told him I was going to make an insurance claim against him and started taking pictures. Then he decided to offer to fix it and took a week to do it. THE WALL THAT IS HOLDING UP MY HOUSE!!! Next, their workers stole my water from my outside spigot and caused my water bill to double. Then I got video of them stealing my neighbor on the other side's water after I confronted them about mine. I verified with the tenant and the owner and they did not have permission to hook into their spigot. Now, one of their brick layers has side swiped my car while going in and out of the driveway causing significant cosmetic damage to my back quarter panel. When I have called the owner to address my issues he just denies and ignores me. The builder is never at the property making sure that his subcontractors are being respectful. They leave their half-eaten food and trash on my retaining wall and it ends up littering my driveway, yard, and the yards around me. There is no accountability for these subcontractors and the way the owner is just brushing me off is despicable. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR NEW NEIGHBORS TO HATE YOU BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!
