I gave Okc roofers a call pretty late in the afternoon and Joe was able to come out the very next morning. Out of the three roofers, I had come out to give me an estimate. I think Joe did the most comprehensive and detailed inspection of the existing roof, including getting into the attic which the other two roofers did not do. After the initial inspection, Joe was able to quickly work up a number of estimates and give me numerous different options cost and benefits to each. He really took his time explaining the differences and benefits, especially considering Oklahoma's sometimes very enthusiastic weather. Due to the age of the roof and my personal preference. I decided to not go through the insurance even with the expertise Okc Roofers has with working with the insurance companies. Thankfully, after getting three estimates, Joe was able to work up a very competitive price for the roof replacement to go along with the exceptional long lasting warranty. If all that wasn't enough, even after the contract was signed I had a number of questions and concerns leading up to the job. Every time I did, Joe was very quick to respond and happy to answer all of my questions and provide answers or other resources to make the whole process go very smooth.

I called Rain Guard and they had a person out the next day to inspect my home and give me an estimate. When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend others do as well.

I was immediately impressed by how quickly Brent worked to get us an estimate and kept up with us as the materials were ordered and the work scheduled. The materials and the crew arrived when promised and installation started exactly when scheduled. With old houses there was more work needed than originally anticipated, but the installation crew tackled the job and really went the extra mile to make sure the installation was done properly. Even though the install took longer than anticipated, the final price tracked the estimate exactly. During the initial visit to make his sales pitch, Brent Webb brought one style of siding and several color choices. Brent chose a color and style then insisted I go with what he selected for me. I did not like what he selected, so we actually argued over the color and style. The only way I got him to agree was by telling him, "These are the colors and the style I want; if you can't handle that, take your stuff and leave." He relented. I should have tossed him out of my house right then. My main reason for getting siding was that the original siding had been recalled because it just rots and falls off the wall. So I wanted that removed. Clearly, it says on the invoice, "Remove Existing Siding". On the first date it was to be installed, I was told they had gone to the wrong house when they measured everything, and after measuring my house, they needed more material. So that delayed everything by about a month. The night before installation, I called Brent to make sure they were going to have a dumpster dropped off for all the debris. He said, "They will just use their trailer." Installation day arrives, the crew shows up and starts work. After a little bit, I go out to check on them and find that they are not removing the old siding, and the crewmen say they were not told to do so. Also, they were putting the colors in the wrong place. Turns out they had no invoice and no instructions on where to install the different colors/styles. The crewman called Brent. I spoke to him, telling him I wanted the old siding removed and the color scheme to be as I wanted it to be. Regarding removing the old siding, Brent said, "We are not doing that!" and that "to fix our error with the colors, you will have to pay more." And they did charge me $900 to fix the error their own guys made. After installation, I found that more than half of the siding does not have the foam insulating backing that was supposed to be installed. Also, some of the siding is curling up, but I can't call them because they will either ignore me or just do a lousy job and charge me more money to fix it when it should be covered under warranty. Brent Webb is a lying piece of garbage and should never be trusted at all. Hone Renew completely ripped me off for about $9000.
