In the end, we didn't just choose IBEX--we chose Ricky Kemple. Ricky was incredibly easy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice, outstanding knowledge, and true professionalism. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Our window was anything but simple. It had three sections with curved tops, so we knew it would take someone with experience to measure it accurately, order it correctly, and install it perfectly. Raymond, the installer, was nothing short of amazing. I was honestly nervous to watch because we have wallpaper and blinds that I didn't want damaged. Raymond carefully removed everything as if he were working in his own home. He was organized, meticulous, and took pride in every detail. His craftsmanship was incredible, and when he finished, the window looked absolutely perfect. He even cleaned up so thoroughly that there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. If you've been putting off replacing your windows, don't hesitate to call IBEX Windows. Ricky and Raymond made the entire experience stress-free, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them! IBEX Windows The Fernbergs

The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.

I gave Okc roofers a call pretty late in the afternoon and Joe was able to come out the very next morning. Out of the three roofers, I had come out to give me an estimate. I think Joe did the most comprehensive and detailed inspection of the existing roof, including getting into the attic which the other two roofers did not do. After the initial inspection, Joe was able to quickly work up a number of estimates and give me numerous different options cost and benefits to each. He really took his time explaining the differences and benefits, especially considering Oklahoma's sometimes very enthusiastic weather. Due to the age of the roof and my personal preference. I decided to not go through the insurance even with the expertise Okc Roofers has with working with the insurance companies. Thankfully, after getting three estimates, Joe was able to work up a very competitive price for the roof replacement to go along with the exceptional long lasting warranty. Every time I did, Joe was very quick to respond and happy to answer all of my questions and provide answers or other resources to make the whole process go very smooth.

Not only would we unconditionally refer folks to M. Rhodes Company, we returned to them two…read moreadditional occasions and now a third. Rhodes first installed new windows in a large house in Norman for us; they later followed that with new siding. Both of those jobs were perfection, and they flat crushed their own standard when they returned in June. We recently moved to a smaller home in need of new windows, and of course we called M. Rhodes. They always have been competitively priced within the market, but post-Covid we decided to entertain three bids. The first, a national company, stood us up and never contacted us after. The second, a statewide firm whose jingle you can sing in the shower, bid a full $10,000 over Rhodes. So with pricing covered, the next important consideration is who will be in your home. Bob Rhodes and his daughter Tara, along with Jack, (a 40-year employee), perform the measurements themselves. These people are keepers-trustworthy, friendly, genuine, delightful people who by now feel like old friends. When your windows are produced - ours took approximately one month, about what Bob predicted - installation begins. Married couple Brad and Amber installed ours, and from the moment they arrived for the two-day project, they seemed like family. They cleaned up meticulously as they worked, so when they departed, all we had to do was enjoy the finished product. They were just the best; they were so thoughtful, courteous and respectful, and we were lonesome for them all when they were gone. We felt we made friends for life. Finally, about the product: the new windows are just amazing. They seal the house so effectively that we have raised the thermostat two degrees! Also, the outside noise now stays outside! It is so difficult to hear screaming weed eaters and sirens. Lawn mowers drone on practically without our notice, and no longer can we depend on the garbage truck for Tuesday wakeup call. The entire house is much quieter. So I suppose this might sound a bit like a commercial, but facts are facts-you can't beat M. Rhodes Company for the product, its people or the cost. We enthusiastically urge you to give them your business.

If you're looking for replacement windows and/or doors, which you obviously are since you're here…read morereading reviews: Get comfy. I've got a good one for you. When the time came to buy replacement windows, my husband and I went on the hunt for quality that wouldn't break the bank coupled with experienced installation and excellent customer service provided by a long-established company. (Yeah... right, lady. Would you like a herd of iridescent unicorns thrown in for good measure?) Being well-versed in exercising due diligence, retired and patient, we had plenty of time for the search. We started by asking friends and relatives who they had used; and, as you can imagine, the responses were all over the board. We got quotes from two of the Big Names, and requested a quote from one of the most aggressive advertisers and got no response from them whatsoever... but it's just as well. Their quote would probably have been near or higher than the others. Then we went to dinner at the brother- and sister-in-law's house... and there they were: the windows and patio doors we'd been wanting forever complete with a glowing recommendation for both experience, service, and quality. We wasted no time getting in touch with M. Rhodes Co. LLC and got a quote - it wasn't the cheapest. We didn't want the cheapest; and it wasn't the most expensive. We sure didn't want that... we had been there and done that in our last house when we were young and foolish. M. Rhodes Co., owned and managed by Bob Rhodes and his daughter, Tara, has been in business almost forever. It was started by Bob's father 83 years ago. Bob and Tara do the quoting and he's known his installers - two brothers - since they were children. They're in their mid-40s now. They specialize in Simonton products - excellent construction and quality at a fair price. The only hiccup in the entire process was the supply chain issue caused by the pandemic. We had to wait a few weeks longer than 'normal'... but let me tell you: Our patience was rewarded. It was well worth the wait. The windows and patio doors came in. Bob called immediately and we scheduled the door installation for the end of that week with the windows to follow the following Monday - today. The brothers showed up at the promised time and went to work. Both patio doors were installed and functioning perfectly by 12:30pm. One of us had a prior commitment, so work commenced this morning at the appointed time and before we knew it, we had three fixed windows, a huge picture window, and two standard windows done and dusted. All the debris was packed up and carried off and when they left, there wasn't a spot on the glass, the frames, the sills... nowhere. So... if the above was TLDR (too long, didn't read) for you... here's the bottom line: M. Rhodes Co. LLC, is professional, provides excellent customer service, quality products, experienced installation, 10-Star performance, a fair price that only changed by a little bit due to some rot under one of our sills, an honest presentation, and genuine appreciation for our business. Give them a call. You'll save - literally - thousands of dollars; and you'll get windows and doors that make your home quieter (I can't believe how much these have cut down the traffic noise!) and more secure. You'll get communication. Real Customer Service. Experience. Quality. Fair pricing. An honest deal... and they're an Oklahoma company to boot! When they give you their word, they keep it. I wasn't sure this kind of company still existed in 'these unprecedented times'; but it does. I didn't get an iridescent unicorn herd, but that's okay. I didn't have anyplace to keep one anyway. (In the spirit of full disclosure, we were asked to give M. Rhodes Co. an honest review when the job was done, which I have herein provided. I was not given a discount, payment, or any special treatment one way or the other in any way, shape, or form for the opinions I have given... I am, however, a professional writer; so I buy pixels by the 55gal drum... :))

As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. They didn't even mind if I looked over their shoulder, a little bit, just out of curiosity of how all this worked. Now the windows look amazing, it just changes how each room and the whole house looks. I hope to not do this project over again anytime soon. But if I do find my myself needing new windows, I'll definitely give window world a call.
