After a major hail storm came through the neighborhood on the evening of October 23, 2025, I woke…read moreup to the army of roofing company employees coming to my door asking me to let them help with my roofing needs. I repeatedly said I would think about what they were offering, although I knew who I was going to reach out to, Triple Diamond Construction and Roofing. I watched them replace the roof on my neighbors home a few years earlier and loved the workmanship and care that was put into their roof. I reached out to Triple Diamond Construction on October 24, to request assistance with filing a claim and getting my storm damage repaired. Michael Brittain and Cory Wiley were essential in taking care of getting all of the damage from the storm repaired. I had extensive damage to window screens, gutters/leaf guards, shutters, garage door, fence, out building, the air conditioner, and of course the roof of which everything needed to be repaired. While Michael and Cory were the two people who showed up to take control of the job there were many more amazing workers who took care of doing the work. I would highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction and Roofing to anyone needing repairs as they make sure the insurance requirements are met and the proper coverage is handled before they start the repairs as required by the insurance company. Ask for: Michael Brittain and Cory Wiley. The cost of repairs was extensive and everything outside of my deductible was covered by my insurance company.

They did such an exceptional job, when we needed roofing and siding help, (Lake Eufaula) we did not hesitate to ask them for a quote again. They were not the cheapest, but the workmanship and dependability was a huge factor in fulfilling our need because that job was 2 hours away. They did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Fast forward a couple years and we just bought a new home with 4 skylights. Without hesitation, we called them and within 2 weeks they were in and look wonderful. Again with the exceptional workmanship and customer care. We even were delayed a day on the install because of the excessive high winds. It was not an inconvenience it was a relief that they cared more about their workers than a payment. Here is the truth of it. I don't know these people, I am just a customer out of convenience. They have treated me better than family and even brought "Dolly" out to meet my grandchildren on the final inspection. That says a lot. We have a family friend who has always done our windows and now letting McCanns take them on possibly because they have done such an exceptional job for us everywhere else... and our friend can stay retired. I have read the 1 star reviews. I don't buy it. Someone always call back. Someone always checks back to see if we are happy. Not always the same person. Anyone in that company will make you a priority. I have spoke and interacted with so many different employees. They are all great. Even that dog.
